Game of Thrones - HBO part 2 - Part 4

Jon Snow is still one of my favorites. I look forward to his scenes to be honest.

Jon is my favorite, followed closely by Stannis, Bran and Arya. Pretty much anytime a Stark is on television, I am good. Even Robb and his weird love story.

I wonder if they changed Longclaw. For some reason it looks a lot better then last season.

Well, wouldn't be difficult to improve on it. Last season's looked like a plastic dog's head super-glued onto the handle of a sword

Certainly moreso than Stannis. You have a point with Robb and Davos, but Tyrion gets more done because he is much more cleverer (and entertaining) than those two.

Maybe he and Stannis are about even. ;) Both can be hugely hypocritical when they want to be.

Stannis doesn't employ Bronn. He wins the honorable stakes.

The key word there, of course, is intertwine. When their storylines build towards one another, it works since we spend more time on said storyline; just on different aspects or through different perspectives. It's when you get disparate characters such as Arya, Jon and Daenerys who have nothing to do with each other's storylines when it becomes harder to get into their respective storylines when you only spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Makes me wonder if the DVD/Bluray will have a feature to let you just watch the scenes from one character at a time.

I'm guessing that guy wished he'd gotten an arrow in the knee instead.

....

Yeah, I know it's a tired, old joke. :woot:

I used to be an adventurer until I took a dwarf to the knee.:D

Don't think the pommel is different, but the blade and handle definitely looked improved to me.

Yeah, I'm sure Tyrion would love to have a magical mistress who birthed shadow babies to commit murder in the darkness of night to win his "honorable stakes" too. Especially if he got to bang her before everytime, as well. :oldrazz:

I can almost see Melisandre's advertisement:

Instant assassin, just add semen

He's got Shae. :woot:

The thing about Mel is she has her belief. To that she is faithful and in a way that is honorable. There seems to be an honest devotion on all who believe in her faith on Stannis side.

Bronn, as awesome as he is, makes his living off being the opposite of honorable.

Well I personally think his story picked up as soon as he met Ygritte. Even if you disagree with that, trust me when I say his story will become one of the highlights of Season 3 and the highlight of Season 4. That's all I will say.
I'm sure it will, especially if he improves as an actor over the next couple years.

^ for sure

would be cool if Ghost save Jon from the Wildlings

im still trippin on why Xaro and the other dude are just mind effing Dany. They got the dragons what do they want with her.

hopefully we get more of the white walkers

All I can say is that you may be happy with the next episode :cwink:

i heard a theory that since ramsay bolton has not been cast yet they might show him with a helmut in the last episode.i guess it could work since walking dead did it with michonne.i still get the sneaky suspision that the guy thats theons right hand man somehow is going to be him hope im wrong.that would make no sense because theon met him before he took winterfell and roose got word.

We def. need some more direwolf action. Wish Arya could be reunited with her direwolf.

I just hope for any of the Stark kids to get reunited with each other.

im surprised it is taking as long as it has from what I have spoiled myself on. But a lot of things take FOREVER in this series.

They apparently want to keep the dragons and their mother together. Whatever that means.

They did it in the first season with Jaqen.

at the very end of the series its going to end like Quantum Leap, but instead of saying "sam never returned home" it will say...."the stark kids never made it back to winterfell"

I hope he starts bringing everyone together in the 6th book since come the final 7th that is to much to do.

Here's something interesting that's just occurred to me... all four of the remaining kings profess a different religion, namely the Seven (Joffrey), the Old Gods (Robb), the Fire God (Stannis) and the Drowned God (Balon).

Sorry for the double post but just came across this and had to share... second Game of Thrones Nerdy Nummies:

Dragon Egg Cake, FTW!!

P.S.:
Also, check out her Diablo III vodka potions:
