Got my season 2 yesterday and I'm really loving these history lessons on disk five. I was expecting maybe 4 or 5, but they really went all out on it. Especially with the different perspectives on the same stories.

I'm not sure, but I kind of doubt it. Season 2 has just about every history lesson you'd need so far. Even house Tyrell has their own.

Yes, the season 1 blu-ray has history lessons. I dont know whether the dvd does. They cover Roberts Rebellion, the kidnapping of Ned's sister and murder of his brother and father, the Mad King and much much more.

I haven't been in this thread, because I haven't gotten to see a single episode of the series and didn't want any spoilers (any more than are inevitable from being on the internet at all that is)......so I don't know if this has been posted anywhere....but TARGET has the first two seasons on sale for $25 each.

HBO is partnering with ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live to debut its eagerly anticipated Game of Thrones trailer.
The first full third season trailer will make its debut on the talk show Friday night. “I am so excited about this trailer, even I might watch my show,” Kimmel said in a statement.
The trailer will then be posted on the Game of Thrones YouTube channel (and, of course, here on EW too). The Thrones trailer that’s running on Kimmel’s show will be 60 seconds. Thrones returns to HBO on March 31.

Well, one of Season 2's first trailers, Shadow Tease, was 1 minute and 7 seconds, so maybe this is like that one rather than Seven Devils.

But season 2s Shadow tease came earlier than this. I guess they could put out a longer trailer after this one.
