In the books didn't [blackout]Sam become "Slayer"[/blackout] before the mutiny at Craster's? I wonder why they would change that. It does seem like Sam finally grew some stones when he was telling Gilly they had to leave. Maybe instead of [blackout] Sam killing a White Walker completely by accident, and then going on all embarrassed about it[/blackout] like in the books, they'll actually [blackout]make that a more heroic moment for him. Though he'll still have to be desperate in some way to resort to using the dragon glass.[/blackout]
Also, it seems as if the show won't bother with Willas Tyrell. I can understand why they would do that. It also explains why Loras [blackout]hasn't joined the Kingsguard yet.[/blackout]
Also, the two Lannister boys Robb's wife was patching up in episode 3, were they supposed to be the show's version of the Walders? At this point, I can't see how they would serve the story in the same way the characters of the same names did in the books. I'm thinking maybe [blackout]one of them will serve the purpose of the lackwit (was his name Jinglebells?) during the Red Wedding.[/blackout]
