That was probably the best episode all season and one of the best episodes of the entire series so far
I noticed that as well, and (spoiler from book 3 )
it made me think of Lady Stoneheart. Anyone else get a Lady Stoneheart vibe there? I think Bran was seeing what his mother will become. A vengeful hateful shade.

I'm still waiting to see a real scene with Tywin and Joffrey. We've only seen them interact very briefly.
OK. So, when Tywin said "Everything I can", after that there's a shot of his letter so it looks like he's up to something.
Also, at Craster's Keep, Commander Mormont was writing something, presumably a letter or something. When Sam escaped, he took a sword but did he take that letter? I wonder if that's an important letter or just something that Mormont was writing.
Of course he is.OK. So, when Tywin said "Everything I can", after that there's a shot of his letter so it looks like he's up to something.
Good catch. I was disappointed he basically died off-screen after getting stabbed repeatedly by Rast. His character deserved to have some final words like in the book. Also, at Craster's Keep, Commander Mormont was writing something, presumably a letter or something. The ten second dialogue exchange in the S2 finale spoke volumes though. Tywin's "Thank you, your Grace" might as well have been "I don't take you the least bit seriously, you little ****, but you are my blood, so..."

And the best part is this is only the beginning.
You mean this one?
