I think Henry looks more like Superman than Tom Welling, but I can see a resemblance from certain angles.

Yeah, I think that is it really. It's just the whole square jawed, dark haired manly look. I think Cavill has a bit more of the Reeve look actually. Of the four, Cavill and Reeve have the strongest features. The beefy necks also help. Both have a carved from stone look. Routh looks like a Reeve clone engineered to have a testosterone deficiency.

I liken it to a pictured I saw of all the Bond actors shopped together playing cards. They all looked alike, some had more of a resemblance than others. If one didnt know about the books and movies one would think it was a family outing.

Looking like the literary character they are cast to look like kinda leads to looking like each other.

It's the face shape. Brandon has a more triangular jawline, whereas the others have more of a square jaw IMO.

Do you not see the difference?

To me, each one of them has some Superman like looks there, none better or worse, like different DC artists draw Superman with different looks.

Even Kirk Alyn, George Reeves and Dean Cain looked like Superman without looking like each other, if that makes any sense.

I used to buy SFX every month, but it's too damn expensive for something that pretty much doesn't have anything in it I can't read online.

Actually I just checked BOM.

It says WW is at $181,868,732

and that the production was $75 million. So going on those numbers I think this movie is doing pretty darn good if I do say so myself.

I know they say the numbers online are never accurate but even as an estimated amount I'd say the movie is doing well.

That's awesome, I have to admit I didn't expect Immortals to do much at the BO. I loved the film can't wait for the Blu Ray.
