I prefer Newman's score over Serra because it retains a more Barryish elegance, ala ‘Komodo Dragon’ and ‘The Chimera’, but still manages to have the atmospheric, introspective material that Goldeneye has ('Fatal Weakness') with stuff like 'Modigliani' and 'Someone Usually Dies' to name a few. I admire Serra's Goldeneye though because it really did provide the series with a new unique sound - 'The Overture', 'The Antenna', 'Run, Shoot and Jump' and Whispering Statues' for example I like.Once again I must agree wholeheartedly with Anne.
