I think that's mostly on Nolan. Almost all of his films leave a lot to be desired as far as bonus material is concerned.Yes and what's more, it is probably his best performance. Its greater recognition shouldn't be suppressed through some kind of sentimental repudiation of the craft behind it.
Time heals all.
I still haven't seen the school bus clip.

I'd say it is his greatest performance, though a case could be for Brokeback Mountain. He was great in that.

You have to admire Heath's focus in that scene. Exploding debris all around him and just just keeps walking, never breaking character. And when he gets off the bus, he doesn't look back.

Yeah, for some reason that clip is making headlines even though it's from 2013.
Yes, but the clip itself is literally from 2 years ago. It was already online. It didn't gain much traction then, so when it resurfaces nowadays it's bigger news.I think because it's confirmed now. Up until that point it was more of an 'urban legend' that most chalked up to fanboy over exuberance. This idea that Heath actually went to those extremes to lock himself up in a hotel for a month to "become" the Joker just sounded so over the top and ridiculous.
This footage proves that it was actually true.
