Just tried it, I got it down to 100 KB. Is that still to large?

Believe so, The 75 x 75 can have 46KB, the 50x50 can have 20KB according to the FAQ.

How do you do it?

Thanks It just takes practice and you get used to it . First thing that's pretty basic is cutting out every other frame, from there you cut another or few out here and there. It's about knowing what to cut and setting the time of each frame to keep it looking normal instead of choppy.

Then of course bringing the # of colors down and all that jazz. The Hype's 100x100 limit used to be 80kb so thankfully they raised it haha. The one I'm using now is still 79.9kb even though I can make it look nicer but I'm too lazy to remake since it originally took me a few days to make
