Why? Bruce Wayne is a millionaire. He can afford a sports car. What's with all the sports car inspired batmobiles??? Don't people realize that that would not fit into Nolan's real world based version of Batman?
Do any of you think "Rises" in the title is indicative of Batman traveling via Batwing?
I'm hoping that we at least get a nod to Robin in this movie as he is the one that is supposed to balance Batman out. If they dont show him, at least have Alfred telling Bruce that he's supposed to be going to the circus as an apperance or show a flier with the Flying Graysons on it.
With that said, I'd like to see a room in the cave which Bruce uses to modify or fix his vehicles

Makes sense. We saw him going down an elevator in Begins but we never saw him going up...now we'll get that chance.....or an elevator technician.

You mean Hot-Air-Batloon.Maybe he has a Bat-Hot-Air-Baloon.
No one cares about spelling, you just didn't take an opportunity to add a "T" to the end of something Batman-related with a "Ba" in it!I mispelled it originally.![]()

The Tumbler wouldn't be functional in the real world either.
Maybe he gets it but just doesn't care.So I guess you don't get the fact that it would make absolutely no sense in Nolan's interpretation of Batman and his world, but it even wouldn't be functional in high speed chases.
