Hey guys! How's everyone doing?

Mannn was spending the weekend defending this movie on FB , ppl hating left & right influencing others that were gonna see it, not to.. I just kept replying go see it, my whole family loved it even my Mom whose 60+ & never read comics ,all day kept saying "I really enjoyed that movie"... Its even better 2nd time watching .. can't wait to go again this weekend ..

Spot on.

This movie has so many little details, so many little and subtle layers (which sometimes are just a line of dialogue) that, together, add more sense and meaning to the overall story.

Yeah I like that. I did love Bruce's line about rebuilding.

A little bit off-topic, but, do you think Superman will be evil at some point during the Justice League movie(s)? I mean, Flash did say to Bruce "you were always right about him, fear him". I'd love to read your opinions.

But, why would he have to say "you were right about him" as if Darkseid comes to Earth all, "Hey guys, uhhh, I'm your friend."

I'll never understand people who try to convince the others NOT to see the movie they don't like. If I like or love a movie I'll recommend it but if I hate it I won't go on a mission to stop the others from seeing it. I love watching movie in theatre so to me the more people seeing the movie the better it is for the business.

Exactly I wasn't over the moon for Jurassic world, or TFA but i kept my mouth shut ... Such a great movie experience

Yeah, he's not warning him about Darkseid. It's about Supes and what will be the consequences if something happens to Lois or even Martha.

Maybe Batman warns the others about Darkseid and nobody believes him?!

I thought it was about Supes obviously but seeing some of the discussions here, and theories, leaning towards Darkseid. Flash says he's too soon, but it's got to be a parallel universe, unless there's a moment later on where there's a chance Lois bites it, and then Supes become Darkseid's servant, or plain evil.

Yeah, I noticed the WE sound as well. The Flash - I think he actually appeared in front of him, not a dream. The dude's a time traveler after all.

Flash talking to him wasn't a dream.

I don think it was a dream either, when he wakes up for real there are a few scraps of paper flying about. Unless he was waving his arms on the desk when he was sleeping. Haha.

I initially thought that and I was running with that...until the influence of the Injustice chatter. I seriously flip flopped multiple times on what it could be!

Batman was having nightmares about Darkseid, but at the time, he was still in the process of hating Superman, so nightmares tend to balance your thoughts in a certain way of what you fear. He never recognized Darkseid. His mind was filled with Superman being evil, so he recognized his dreams telling him that it's Superman that needs to be stopped; completely ignoring Darkseid because he doesn't know of Darkseid.

Flash mentions that he may be "too early." Flash's warning was interpreted by Bruce that he was talking about Superman, hence, the Superman Soldiers, but it was really Darkseid's parademons. Bats just doesn't understand the Omega symbol quite yet. His focus was still on destroying Superman and he took Flash's warning that it is Superman he should fear, but in reality, Flash is telling him he was right all along and that he was right to fear Darkseid, who is the one really terrorizing Batman's nightmares.

The "Lois Lane is key" part makes me think that Flash is telling Bruce that she is the key to stop him from killing Superman. Flash ended up being right as Lois was the one that came at the right time to tell snap Bruce out of his trance, but it was too early.

Lois was the key in unlocking Lex's plan as she was the one being used by Lex to lure Superman into these shady and framed situations that in turn, made Bruce hate Superman even more.

that would just engender so much ill will with Superman fans who already felt Superman got overshadowed by Batman and then [BLACKOUT]died[/BLACKOUT] at the end.

plus it would run counter to Superman's character arc in this movie.

by the end of the movie, the world finally sees Superman as a beloved hero. Batman and WW see him as an ally and friend.

for Superman to become evil and an enemy in JL would just cause everyone to mistrust him again.

and we don't need that.

Yes, I don't remember a single time I cringed at dialogs. Dialogs are perfect. No freaking "I didn't sign up for this!!!" or "He's just kinda hot".

I think Flash was talking about Lex when he says that Lois is the "key." Lois was the key to Lex's manipulation of Supes ALL ALONG and making him look bad to not only the public, but Bruce as well. Whether it be his bullet in Africa, using her so Supes would follow her and then the need of bringing Clark back by using Lois as bait when he pushed her off the helicopter pad so Bruce could kill him with the Kryptonite.

Lois was Lex's girl-toy all along.

I was thinking that everyone thinks Lex is crazy, which he kinda is t: But what if Darkseid got to Lex. We can't have big baddies come to earth and not connect with Lex somehow

Lex knew of the Justice League all along. The Meta Human profile was under wraps and he was studying them. Even in the Cyborg scene, we see a mother box, so who knows how long Lex could of been communicating with ...Darkseid?

Hell, maybe even Darkseid put the strings in motion for Lex to kill Superman and corrupt Lex. Eliminate Earth's God first and Darkseid will focus on the rest later. That's why he had information on Wonder Woman and the rest of the league. Lex is just a pawn in Darkseid's Apokolips.

I don't think Superman is going to become evil. I think the nightmare scene was Bruce thinking of a post Apokoliptic world because of Superman. Dreams tend to manipulate reality and trick you into things. I can't tell you how many times my dreams were distorted when I would be dreaming of somebody in my dream, but IN my dream, it was interpretating that person as somebody else.

I remember waking up from dreams and being like "Man, I drempt of Mike last night, but his name was Bob for some reason, but I knew it was Mike!"

That's what happened in the dream sequence. Bruce's nightmare is being distorted into thinking he's dreaming about Superman. It's really Darkseid.

So that deleted scene I posted is quite interesting. I can't wait to get the extra 30 minutes of footage. I'm curious how Snyders full version of the film would have been received.
