I had a feeling we wouldnt be able to get very close thats why I stayed at the Lawrenceville set for a while today. I'll still go tomorrow but I wont be there probably till 1 or 2, hopefully all the good explosive stuff happens in the evening.

I would figure, don't they want some of this stuff during night time? At least we know Batman wont be out during the day. Bruce Possibly. If Bane and Bats will fight then Id say it will take place in the evening hours or overnight.

You would think so...but next Wednesday and Thursday, there are reports that they are bringing in huge cranes to hold lighting for the jail break stuff. So it sounds like they're gonna make it seem like daytime even at night.

Couldn't those just be for the flood lights in the jailyard?

And my friend just posted his video too! [YT]n9mwf6muJfA[/YT]

Isn't the trailer way too big for the Lambo? I wonder if it's something else. Something they don't want anyone to see? :awesome:

Well it's long, but I think it's just way too narrow to hold a Tumbler. It's long enough that it could be holding the Batpod and the Lambo! The Batcopter I saw pictures of is really wide too, so it can't be that either.

That's a normal thing to use huge crane lights for night shoots. It doesn't make night the scene look like day.

I wonder how quickly they're shooting each scene? If there's a shot inside a house or something or a shot on a single street do they finish those scenes in a day or less than a day? Usually it takes a long time to do the rigging and the crew work for a single shot on major films like this. I'm not even remotely suggesting it's rushed...just curious

Batcopter? when and where was this? I thought that was just a rumor

I just want to say, thanks and love all of you Pitt Hype Crew.

You've already brought your "Chicago" game.

Very beautiful scooping today...

Right, but the impression I was getting from the people with the info was that these scenes were supposed to look like daytime.

The shoot today seems like a short scene, there's almost no free time in the schedule to spend more than one day on any street other than the stuff at CMU and Heinz Field, which are both going on for 4 days.

Well I have a :ninja: that showed me a pic of the batcopter. Check out the "new vehicle" thread to read about it. I think someone else has seen it too. It is very similar in theme to the tumbler, but with no wheels, and the front is fairly flat with a large intake on each side with fans behind them. Almost looked like a hovercraft. No helicopter blades.

Ahh, a part of me was thinking they would be using that for the Heinz field shoot. Cool cool.

No man, theres more snow coming later in august. Its gonna be a nice blanket of snow. Just check out the car Suburu gave us a pic of.

There will be MORE snow!

There was lots of snow on one side of 41st street in Lawrenceville today, and not just a light dusting, there were pretty big mounds. I expect more in downtown as well

Really love the snow setting they have here. I think it's a very fitting backdrop to go with the city. Anyways, those vehicles are cool. I love the GNC truck. What exactly is being filmed tomorrow? The prison break?

I remember someone posted that that was pretty much it for the snow now there is confirmation of more snow??

Yessir  :awesome:

So maybe the flakes of "dust" or trash floating through the air in the building panning shots in the trailer were actually snow? I was under the impression those shots were made just for thematic effect in the teaser

I'll bet that the Lambo isn't in the trailer. it's something they don't want anyone to see. Seems to me the Lambo would be on the lot with the rest of the vehicles with a security guard and possibly a tarp. There's something special in that trailer.

I hope :)

I know, right. If they wanted snow, why wouldn't they just shoot in the winter, with real snow falling, and real snow on the ground? The little patches of fake snow is discouraging. I want to see Batman fighting in a real blizzard!
