Yurka what was it like seeing Nolan and Wally in person?
I know, right. If they wanted snow, why wouldn't they just shoot in the winter, with real snow falling, and real snow on the ground? The little patches of fake snow is discouraging. I want to see Batman fighting in a real blizzard!
I have a feeling that that streets they are filming on starting from August 10th are the ones that will be heavily covered in snow. These streets they are filming on right now only have little patches, but something just tells me that there will be more snow on the streets they are using later.
If I recall many articles said that it was going to snow. Not just that they were putting fake snow on the ground. I think they are actually going to have fake snow fall from the sky during the shoot later on in August.

If anybody wants to exchange phone numbers for the big day just PM me. Also, I'll just be walking around Pittsburgh doing whatever on Friday if anybody wants to hang out / hunt Gotham vehicles.
They did. they did some major plate shots of the cities in winter.
anyway, they couldn't have waiting until late october, possibly deep into november for good snowfall, they need some hefty post production time! This is a very long movie!
The Lambo wouldn't just be sitting on the lot for sure. There currently isn't even 1 Aventador in the U.S. yet, and the car costs $400k, no way it's going anywhere without being covered. The trailer was just so narrow, won't fit anything other than a car or bike. Unless he has a bat-snowmobile or something, I can't imagine any other kind of vehicle that it could be.I'll bet that the Lambo isn't in the trailer. it's something they don't want anyone to see. Seems to me the Lambo would be on the lot with the rest of the vehicles with a security guard and possibly a tarp. There's something special in that trailer.
I hope![]()

) but when Nolan walked down the street I didn't know what to say.
Ahh I didnt know you got to meet/see them. thats badass! Was this in Lawrencville?
What did u talk about?
Wally was walking past me with Corbould a few steps behind him, I told Wally his Oscar was long overdue and he laughed and said "thank you!", then I saw Corbould smile and I said you too Chris, and he said "thank you very much".
t:
You should have said "chris nolan, you are a God"
You should have told Nolan "In you, I trust."
Yurka is it true that your friend has pics of Bale and Hardy rehearsing a fight outside that building in Pittsburgh?
Yup, I saw him take them and saw them on his camera. Bale, Hardy, Buster and 2 others were standing around, then Bale and Hardy started to "practice" and play around a bit.
Well-meaning Wayne Enterprises board member Miranda Tate, played by Marion Cotillard, came to the judge's house in a scene with Commissioner Gordon and Detective Jim Blake, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
That is amazing. Can you describe it anymore in detail? Any idea when the pics will be up? Do you think they are going to be doing it outside when they film? Or were they just practicing outside. I would think that if they are rehearing outside, that they will be filming outside as well. Right?
Great work Yurka!
