I actually wouldve liked John Cleese as Alfred...I love Michael,but if he didnt do the role.

So what exactly should be capable of in this? A loan shark,weapons dealer? I think he should own a nightclub and restaurant near the waterfront. Money he makes from that occupation,he buys weapons from overseas and sells them at a higher price to whoever needs them in Gotham. With many crimeboss's put away by Harvey and the police,Penguins buisness is lacking and sells them to lowlife thugs at a cheaper price.

The thugs are lead by a violent leader (another main-villain who Batman must deal with).

With buisness running slow with lack of decent buyers and investigation from the police,Penguin resorts to thievery. He hires Catwoman to steal from wealthy socialites and his target for her main is Bruce. As long as she receives a large cut. So Selina sets up a plan to seduce Bruce and lower his guard in order to get the Wayne fortune. That while also stealing from other rich people in the city. Ofcourse shes in love with both Bruce and Batman,but its almost impossible for them to be together.

It should be tragic love between Bruce and Selina. They get caught up in their lives,they decide to make charities. Bruce TAMWF and Selina creates a charity for animals. But we know that their hearts will be broken when all is revealed. Like Bruce and Andreas relationship from Mask of the Phantasm.

Originally, I was on the Philip Seymour Hoffman bandwagon.

But now, I am all about Toby Jones. It's such a perfect fit.

Oswald should be a respected businessman and nightclub owner, a huge local celebrity. Not someone necessarily evil but a man capable of great immorality.
I don't want a simple sinister villain.
Maybe The Penguin could try and mingle his criminal activities with trying to make the community better. So Batman doesn't know how to approach him.
Explain his background, how his Mother made him a laughing stock, and maybe the audience will feel some small ammount of empathy for the guy.

Bob Hoskins in my #1 choice, of course actors like Robin Williams, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Toby Jones, & Frank Langella would also be great.

The reason I like Toby Jones,is that I think he can harness the Penguin to a tee,without little effort. His height is perfect,something he feels offensive about. Ive noticed that people in life who are smaller,are always the toughest. I cant imagine PSH or anybody else to pull him off perfectly as Toby. You dont even need to add makeup to him,its his natural look and thats realistic enough. PSH I cant see acting all pervy or anything (I want Penguin to be a bit of a dirty man lol). Toby is the best choice. I see him being capable pulling off exactly what the Penguin is,over anybody else.
