Ah gotcha. The huge gap between the release dates is intriguing. I wonder why? I haven't ordered mine yet so I'm trying to decide where to order.

I've already seen the Movie Master TDKR figures and am somewhat disappointed that the Batman figure is just the same is the MM Batman for TDK, I was expecting maybe better articulation.

Some modifications like removing the dust buster looking handle on top would make it satisfactory

The mods to it certainly won't cost 1000 dollars

I saw it at my local Wal-Mart today and it actually looks very nice. I would have no problem paying that much money to get one for my collection. It's great to see all the Batman stuff out now finally. Helps my anticipation level go through the roof even further.

The only thing we can go on with Amazon is the publication date of July 28, 2012. I think it has to be true and is very likely the real release date for the book. I wonder if TBD are breaking rules? If they are, just ship my book out quickly!

Anyway, really excited about this book. 304 pages is a decent size.

Went to Toys R Us, and I'm having a hard time finding the two-pack. Dunno if they've sold out, or are hiding in the back. :/ Or maybe even on their way on a truck? I noticed they are pretty scarce on eBay.

But today's gold medal goes to Marcos in electronics from the Wal-Mart nearest to me. I dropped by roughly 7:30 pm, asked him to pull up the availability with Bane's UPC. He said there was a case in the back, to come back around ten when they pull pallets. I drop by at 10:15, and he recognizes me right away. I ask if they were coming out on the pallets, or what. He says, "I'll bring them out for you", takes a long while, all because he was digging through/downstacking the pallet all by himself. Came back with the case, scored Bats, Bane, and Alfred. All to open.

That's ALL I wanted! I need to give that guy a kudos to the higher ups. I highly doubt he'll get scolded for selling product ONE DAY early that most other Wal-Marts sold even earlier.

That set is actually pretty awesome. Bane comes with more articulation and 2 sets of hands.

Hello, everyone. I'm someone who has lurked these boards since Begins was announced, I followed TDK through all of it's stages of it's production and the TDKR hype led me to finally register and start posting.

I found the Batman and Bane at a Super Target in San Antonio, Texas this morning. I waited outside the store for them to open and I went and asked them and supplied the item number, it took them a while but they brought out the box and they said that since it's the street date they could sell them. So, I advise everyone to make sure they go out today, now that it's the 27th they will be much more agreeable in terms of selling the figures!

So far I have those two MMs, the Wal-Mart exclusive tumbler, The Bat vehicle and one of the smaller Bane figures (The Last Assault one) in terms of TDKR merchandise. I'm attending SDCC 2012 (in my screen accurate TDK/TDKR suit none the less) so I'll be picking up the exclusive Bruce/Bats MM as well!

Welcome TexanBatman, I actually did the same this morning, the guy was very nice and even asked if I wanted all six lol. All I needed was a Batman and Bane for now.

Weird thing I noticed at Toys R Us. I went to go look for them a few days ago and they only had two MM Batman and they were both labeled as ALFRED PENNYWORTH, TWO of them! Did anyone else notice some wrong packaging for this series?

Nope. It's for the smaller scale ones, but I still had to grab it when I saw it was exclusive!

Also,@TheWhitCat: I'd grab the mis-labeled ones! They're rare and great finds.
