never said some people weren't excited, but this agenda that "not that many are" is a joke. The internet is a hive for negativity and not a true representation of what goes on in the real world. Star Wars Celebration was all the evidence I needed to see that the "star wars is dead" arguement is BS. But I do find it funny how the first thing you people blame is the sequel trilogy for the low attendance for Galaxys Edge. Couldn't be the hundreds of dollars for a single item? naaaaah, no way. That one keeps making me laugh because there's a number of reasons, including the parks biggest ride not even open yet. its interesting, my brother, a lifelong star wars fan, didn't care much for TLJ at first (appreciates it now and is super excited for TROS), decided not to go to Galaxys Edge this year. Why? not because of TLJ, but because the biggest ride is not open yet. Plus they need to save money too.
now I'm not saying that just because my brothers reason is because of that it means others are too, just pointing it out as a possibility.
About it being about something other than the sequel trilogy?
