Catwoman is not Selina Kyle...you fools... can't you tell thats Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel...seeking revenge!

Nah. That looks more like Katie Holmes to me. :o

Rachel looks more like this guy

I told myself I wasn't going to read those "spoilers" from IMDB... Oh well

Theyre worth reading if youre into really bad fanfic that wouldnt have passed muster a year ago

So it was confirmed that those novelization plot points were fake??

GOOD!

My two cents on the Catwoman / Batman scene and the cage:
Catwoman ambushes Bats in the cage, Bane almost kills Bats, destroys the helmet (yes, it's a helmet, someone said :woot:) and then a beaten up Bruce Wayne goes to the cage door and CW sees it's Bruce (as we see in the trailer, a hand in a wiring thing with Catwoman looking at the owner of that hand like not believing what she's seeing). There she understands (out of love?) that Bane is a bad really bad guy and starts her redemption.

Sort of...

In some way...

That I think could happen with a more talented way of telling........

Let this be a lesson... Do not ruin this movie for yourself. Do you really want to know that Ra's al Ghul is Alfreds son???

:hoboj:

No... you are right on. Her fight against the 'rich' takes a very unusual turn seeing the richest of the rich doing what Bruce is doing. And THAT is what is going to....eh...not steal the show....but have a huge impact on it... Catwomans realization...not redemption...realization... is going to be the heart of this film. the whole 'this man is doing the right thing' moment is going to be a huge point in the film.

(also, its Catwomans hand in the bars, not bats)

Yup, you are right. I just watched the trailer again (how much I love it!!) and unless Bats has some unique nails, it IS Catwoman's hand... LOL.

Anyway, her reaction in that scene... WOW. You do feel she is shocked with the vision of Batman / Bruce Wayne almost slaughtered...

Anyone noticed that the lag has disappeared?

Surprised no one brought this up, on yahoo's article regarding the new rain posters it says this:

http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/the-d.../batman-trilogy-posters-photo-1337709332.html
Yahoo! Movies has your first look at three new character banners from "The Dark Knight Rises," the final chapter of director Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. Each banner shows one of the three lead characters -- Catwoman, Batman, and Bane -- facing the camera against an ominous sky as rain and debris fall down on them. Notably, each figure has their eyes hidden in shadow, giving them an impenetrable air of mystery. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, what does it mean that we can't see theirs? It gives the impression that the battle for Gotham City could come with a cost: either their lives, or their very humanity.

Is it too far-fetched? Batman is forced to kill...breaks his one rule...and his redemption/rising is sacrificing himself?
