be prepared to be pissed off. He basically killed Ra's.

Depends on how you look at it. I don't consider it murder since he didn't chain Ra's to the console or break his arms and legs to immobilize him. I was a big fan of Catwoman killing Bane after Batman *defeated* him. However, if Batman
kills Bane
, perhaps that motivates him to hang up the cowl before he becomes a monster.

Yeah, same. Bane begging Batman to kill him, Batman refuses, proving again, like he did with Joker, that he's truly incorruptable. And then Catwoman does her thing with the gun. I think Batman breaking his rule would be a backwards step.

breaking his rule is different than unintentionally breaking his rule.

"I wont kill you, but I don't have to save you.........from this crashing train that will surely blow you to pieces"

Now if we had an Azrael-Batman like in Knightfall, then we could have "Batman" kill Bane. But Bruce? No. He doesn't kill. It's a core value of his character.

Is it too far-fetched? Batman is forced to kill...breaks his one rule...and his redemption/rising is sacrificing himself?

Batman considered breaking his one rule with the Joker in TDKR; with Bane now... it's a possibility that he might. Or at least he will come close to crossing that line.

On another note, I'm still hoping for a Dark Knight Returns ending. :hrt:

I'm hoping we don't get an Iron Man like hybrid character, if there's any possibility any influence of Azrael... which I doubt.

I don't think we'll have time. Between seeing Gordon and or Blake creating a resistance movement against Bane, Bruce being reborn in the 'Lazarus Pit' and Catwoman's role in Bane's regime...that's a lot going on.

When were the spoilers debunked?and link to the spoilers please,if anybody has them.Thanks.

They were debunked because the poster was obviously a troll. There's no point in linking you to them, it's 100% a waste of time reading. Don't bother with it, good sir.

I'll tell you one of the problems with the spoilers, BLAKE.
Gordon was said to bite the dust before the bomb truck sequence...and we have footage of him on the bomb truck. So yeah.

OT: I'm waiting for the Bane thread to hit thread #30 aka XXX.

Yeah, I don't think we'll get full-on Azrael. He is a bit too Iron Man-ish. But do you remember the rumors that JGL was some sort of JPV substitute character? That's really what I was referring to.

His cape barely slowed down his fall with Rachel in TDK. There is no way he could have saved Ra's. Anyway, this Batman rule is explicit. He didn't say "I'm no killer" like in year one. He said "I'm not an executionner". Which fits this take of the character, which is grounded. He can't always avoid death in his line of work, because he faces extreme situations. Like with the garbage truck in TDK. The guy is oviously dead, but he had to stop it. He didn't execute him, he stopped him, and in the course of events, the guy died. Same for Harvey. He didn't kill him. He savec James Jr, but this lead to Harvey's death.

He won't execute Bane if he can avoid it. but he may have to provoke someone's death to avoid the death of hundreds of persons.

....."Not from around here, are ya?"......:BA

Lol, every new release of a poster or still will generate a new thread. New footage about 2 or 3 depending on what.

which is following my 'he unintentionally kills someone (Bane) and decides to lock up the beast known as batman' theory.

it also contracticts your "he's gonna break his one rule". Because his rule is not to execute people. :o
