I have to admit that would be glorious. I'm not kidding. I personally don't care for his portrayal of Batman, and while it's probable he'll deliver a better performance when he's in the director's chair versus Snyder, I still wish they would just start from scratch.

I didn't particularly care for his Batman beyond superficial aesthetic elements, but I've been an Affleck fan for a few years now and him making a Batman movie, particularly one in a cinematic universe, is just too interesting to pass up.

I could not disagree with you more Rows. I didn't like the writing for the character but I thought Affleck was a good Bruce Wayne/Batman.

Affleck is very good at characterization and depth in regards to writing and directing, so seeing his take is pretty much anticipated. That's partly why I ain't that concerned about Deathstroke as I'm sure he'll give him a pretty wild arc.

Affleck isn't going to drop out because he wants redemption after playing in two horrible comic book movies. I do think it's possible that Wan abandon's ship in a couple of months.

Just one.
The old one is entertaining.

I just found him bland. I don't think he was phoning it in, I just think he didn't have a good handle on the character. I will say though that one thing about his film that does have me excited is the presence of Deathstroke. I've been hoping to see that character on the big screen for a while now, and I think Manganiello is a good fit for him. I just hope they don't go full diabolically mad villain with him like the CW did on Arrow.

Affleck and the Wonder Woman bits were pretty much all cared for in BvS. I respect your opinion though. Anyway I don't want to go into that topic on this board.

I'm interested to see which director WB suckers into signing onto directing the Flash now.

Never go full CW is a good rule to live by :sly:

I personally think Wan is fine. He has enough clout for WB to not push him around.

What makes you say this, out of curiosity?
Maybe he wouldn't want his name attached to a "cinematic universe" putting out movies that a lot of people consider to be poor?

Maybe WB will completely change their minds on what they want the film to be at the last minute like they did with Flash?

Maybe that will serve as even more of an incentive for Wan to work towards delivering a truly stellar product? Maybe he doesn't personally consider all of the prior DCEU films to be poor?

There are also at least 2 more DC films to come before Aquaman hits.

Maybe WB has been on board with Wan's vision along, and vice versa? And maybe that's not what happened at all with The Flash?

Also, I might have missed something, but where was it reported that WB completely changed their minds about what they want The Flash film to be at the last minute? Link?

Both Fast Five and Furious 6 got decent reviews, better reviews than any DCEU movie. WB wishes that their films were as well received as the last 3 Fast and Furious movies.

i dont care anymore, i just wanted see a JL movie in my life if i can see that next year i am happy, if dceu die and no more flash, aquaman ,batman or superman movies will be made i dont care

What kind've vetting process has WB got in place that allows them to lose 2 directors due to 'creative differences' on the same film in the same year?

The same one used to hire at Burger King, except their standards are slightly higher.

MOS is better than civil war and WS to me. I like them all but MOS is a near masterpiece. In ten years this movie is going to be appreciated more more than it is today. It's one of the greatest first contact sci fi movies in the history of cinema.

I don't know why I still am surprised when stuff like this happens. But I guess it's the same reason why this year's election is the way it is. It's fascinating despite it being so ****ed up. It's like a train wreck. You just have to sit back and realize this is actually happening.

It's all being run by the same people. Nothing is changing.
