this is beautiful. can someone color correct the utility belt?

Sorry, but it looks like a naked keaton with a belt around his waist and an oval batman symbol on his chest with a black cape. The colors are cool no doubt though. I just think the batsuit need to look more like cloth than skin.

How do people feel about seamless eye holes for the cowl? As in it all blends.

I always like seeing the emotion in the eyes beneath the cowl. It would remind me of the green man suit, or a putty from power rangers.

This is something like the concept of an updated 89 suit I was talking about the other day. This would only have been 6 years later, but I'm sure Keaton would have looked pretty cool in it.

Actually, the cape clips from Begins weren't that far off.

Hopefully we have more scenes like this in BvS.

I haven't seen those but I highly doubt those are Batman Returns suits. They look a lot like the ones used in Forever. Also the cowl of that last picture has Val in it.

Agreed... definitely more Forever than Returns, some obviously Kilmer, some Keaton. The Keaton ones could be Returns prototypes... but I wonder if those Keaton ones aren't form that inbetween period when Keaton was still attached to 'Batman3'. Either way, still cool to see these.

Those pics are pre-production pics from "Forever".. The ones with Keaton were done prior to his departure...

Jose does fantastic work, and is really busy these days..

I was thinking they were concepts made during Returns, either for that film or the next if Burton and Keaton had stayed on and then just carried over when Schumacher took over.

Seems like it would be a tough landing to nail in one smooth shot.

I've always hated the jump-cut in that bit. Should have been a single shot. Emblematic of Nolan's over-editing.

Nolan might arguably be a better overall FILMMAKER..but Snyder's a better FILMER ;)

I think we might get Arkham quality visuals from Batman :awesome:

It's more like a cut to be able to transition from a CGI/stuntman batman to the Bale batman.

completely agreed.
Snyder seems more qualified for the type of visuals i'd like to see in a Batman film.

One thing i liked about the Burton/Schumacher films is the visuals. I hope this time, the look of Gotham is inspired by Arkham City, BTAS, and Schumacher/Burton's films.

Just did this pretty quickly so it's not the best. Nevertheless, I believe in Batfleck.

Bang on regarding Gotham city. I loved it in BB as they created a big set for it but in TDK and TDKR they just used real cities and it didn't have its own personality. I would like to see. a gothic and perhaps intimidating skyline.

I may be in the rarity here, but I enjoyed that sense of Batman existing in a normal city. It made me feel like I could go downtown and potentially see him perched on the edge of a tall building.
