Y'know, I actually don't care if he can't properly move his neck. I actually like the whole body turn. It's almost like it's its own character in and of itself. It's cemented as the ''bat turn'' for me.

Well, if it's anything like Nite Owl II's cowl, then he shouldn't have a problem turning his head.

It figures, the trolls on IMDb are ripping the batsuit. They are saying that Affleck is too big, or a non armored suit won't work. It is so obvious that these guys are getting paid to do this... by Amazon.com.

IMDB is where all the cynical, bitter, negative nancys go. Affleck is not too big as far as I'm concerned. Hell, in comics they always exaggerate the character's size, he looks damn near perfect. As for the non armored suit not working...hahaha. Yes, lets stick with the armor they've have used in all the past Batman films from '89 on. I finally want to see him show off some good fighting skills for once.

Yea, I highly doubt Snyder would take a few steps back and create an imovable cowl. I would say LOTS was taken from his experience on Nite Owl.

To myself the suit looks full black but i can see with some of the manips here some people believe it's more black/grey.

What do you think it's going to be in the end? I kinda hope it is full or mostly full black.

Nite Owl II's cowl wasn't exactly flexible either. It was only partially flexible (aka, Wilson had a limited range of movement).

I remember some years ago, I was glued to this very forum waiting to see the first glimpse of Bale in the suit. When it arrived my first thought was 'urgh, black again'.

I'm 40 now. I've seen every Batman film from 1989 on at the cinema. This is the first time we've had the real bat suit on film. I'm totally stoked.

I think they got the gloves right in the Arkham Asylum. Then they went and fudged it up in Arkham City by putting whatever the hell that was on top of the gloves. I don't know if it was armor or what I just know it made the glove fugly.

I do like they gloves they went with. It shows definition in the forearms and it looks like Affleck has dexterity in his fingers.

So.....I'm impressed by the suit. I can honestly say this is the first thing about this whole project that I've been excited about!
It reminds me of the dark knight returns suit or that one episode of TAS when the kids were talking about the time they saw batman and one had a HUGE batman with small ears!

I'm liking so far!

It just looks too robotic-y for Batman and that's not something I associate with him...like he's got staplers or VHS rewinders attached to his forearms. The Arkham game gloves I mean.
