I'd rather fake muscle suits than the horribly ugly previous Batsuits that we have endured.
On the contrary, I don't believe you fully understand what I'm trying to convey. What I'm saying is that, as an audience, we aren't really meant to go there. The filmmakers are wanting us to suspend disbelief and accept that the muscles on the costume are a manifestation of Affleck's on-screen physicality. In other words, they're not supposed to be molded muscles even though we know that's precisely what they are.
Begins' Batman wasn't even able to turn his head either. He had to move his shoulders to turn. The difference is that unlike Nite Owl, Batman relies on full range of motion for his fighting skills. So just because a limited range is okay for Nite Owl, it doesn't mean that it's okay for Batman.
Interesting that the chest emblem appears to be the same tone as the bodysuit itself, whereas the gloves, cape, and cowl are clearly darker.
God DAMN, this suit.
Or he understands that the eyes are needed to help convey emotion and intends on making the cowl very hi tech with an array of built in gadgets, including retractable lenses.
Yeah, no it wasn't. That doesn't have any bearing on what we might be getting in this movie?
This guy is such a *****ebag.

Yet, the eyes weren't needed in this particular shot to convey emotion. Heck, we're talking about a director that dealt with a fully masked man, and a CGI'd character with white eyes, and he was able to get emotion out of them. Thus, the emotion argument is lazy.
As for the hi-tech direction. Does the cowl seriously look like it's hi-tech?
I think that the symbol is definitely darker than the rest of the suit (maybe not as dark as the gloves), but it appears to be lighter in the image because of the slight gloss of the material and the angle that we're viewing it.
I actually think the emblem will be darker than what we can see with it right now.

If it wasn't an Easter egg, then why haven't we seen it again? And it does if you consider that Snyder is aiming for a more comic book-ish Batman.
I happen to agree with him thoughThis guy is such a *****ebag.

It's a still image. What emotions are you getting out of it that's being conveyed purposefully?
Are you a troll?
The Begins/TDK cowls didn't "look" hi-tech either but they featured quite a few hi-tech features.

Just for the record, Dr. Manhattan was just a guy who was blue, no static mask covering his face or impeding his facial expressions in any way. Also, Rorschach had a gravelly voice, but was otherwise pretty stoic. He was emotional mostly when the mask came off.
