i love the 90's Nightwing suit and the one with the blue night bird too.

i can see it :word: give him a cape, try photoshop man of steel cape and get rid of "fat boots". Then you have The Goddamn Batman!

I might update this manip. I'll take some suggestions and modify some elements of the suit. And give him a decent cape.

I knew that I had seen someone make a manip of it before. Found this. And surprisingly, I found it when I wasn't looking for it.

Are we sure it is the final design? It seemed like a placeholder to me. Much time and money will go into the design, and it doesn't seem like that can yet have happened.

i
not sure, but it seems strange to be just a placeholder with how intense the reveal wa and how different the logo is. had the chosen a more generic (for lack of a better word) logo it would make more sense. if this was the vision warner bros and snyder had its not hard to believe they had a design, at least for the logo, ready to go.

I really would love to see his cape, gloves and cowl to be a dark dark navy blue, and for their to be a yellow circle around his bat symbol. It would also be really nice for Batman to have a lot, I mean a lot better tech, almost futuristic like in the comics. Lastly I want him to be more of a detective and actually investigate things. Something similar to this

It's sad that we got way more detective work from two Episodes of Beware the Batman, than the entire Nolan Trilogy.

I agree, at least Keaton did some work in the batcave researching Joker in the 89 movie. For me personally, Batman's detective work is my favorite part about him and especially in the comics.

Why can't we get a Grey and Black suit made out of the same material as Cavil's Superman suit? Say what you want about MoS, but Superman looked awesome in live action and the suit looked about as comic accurate as possible, aside from the underpants.

Snyder directing will make the suit approach really interesting. I've been praying for an Inc or Batman Earth 1 suit. Hope I get something like those.

Just put the Incorporated suit on screen. I think it's perfect. Slim, and intricate enough so it doesn't look so plain.

No matter how much fanboys beg, a grey Batsuit will NEVER be in a live action film.

I have a strong feeling you'll be proven wrong...with Snyder being the comic book geek he is, he won't shy away from the grey. This type of thinking, that "blah blah from the comics will never come on the silver screen" is really outdated IMO. Just look at Watchmen, directed by Snyder.

Even Watchmen featured armored suits as a parody of movies' superhero costumes. Snyder will try his hardest to make the comics suit work on the big screen. We're not getting pure armour.

But it'd be hilarious if he put trunks on the Batsuit.

Yeah, the trunks might be a stretch, but saying that the grey suit will NEVER happen is also a bit extreme...it's just a color.

I agree, I doubt that's the final version.

Nolan's Batman wasn't really a detective. He was more of a vigilante policeman.

So if it's gonna be "Superman(Man of Steel) vs. Batman" for Batman's next film appearance, I guess they are gonna need to make Batman's neck THICK and IMMOBILE again.....to the max!!!!!:cwink:

Man, I so hope they'll be able to pull of a comic accurate costume. It'd look so badass if done well.

The sad thing is that Batman did the most detective work in TDK out of all the live-action films. It just goes to show what a piss poor job live-action overall has done so far with Batman's detective skills.
