^ I don't think anyone was arguing for the cosplayer's version. It's pretty clear from the first suit pic the knuckles were to dark to be bright bronze.

I agree.

And I really like this shade of grey they went with. He actually looks like he's made out of stone in that famous gargoyle pose of his:

^ Oh my god, I never noticed that. He does look like a statue,

Yup. Just cover the head with your hand and imagine this standing on the side of the building. If it weren't for the mouth opening, you'd definitely mistake it for a statue.

It almost looks like the guy in the back is getting all choked up. Can't really blame him, though. :funny:

^ I'm having a religious experience just seeing the pictures, if I was there in person I would have been speaking in tongues within minutes.

STOP! Stop making me even happier with this suit, I'll die of ecstasy before I get to see it in the movie!

Seeing these pictures, and this footage, I feel something hitherto unknown. I am accustomed to searching out strands of comic book lore that movies have obliquely referenced, either by accident or design. I no longer feel any compulsion to do so, and instead reflect on the imagery before me as earnest and legitimate a realisation of the underlying concept as any other.

We are now at the some slight tweaks point. Some like longer ears and others like them short. Some may prefer a less used up suit and other down and dirty. Dear god we come full circle since the very first batsuit on screen(not Keaton or Adam West).

Really hoping we get a more peak physical condition, athletic, and acrobatic Batman in this DC Cinematic Universe. Judging by these set pics he appears to be able to move in the suit and clinging to the roof of a speeding car is something that's straight out of the source material. So I'm optimistic.

Could look at this suit all day.

I've been waiting to see this thing since the early nineties. I feel profoundly vindicated.

I love that we got this awesome full cowl and he can turn his head with ease. If only Nolan had done something similar instad of that dumb helmet cowl.

Welcome aboard. As a fan of Marvel I have been cherishingthat feeling for seven years.
