Oh I missed that Kelex or whoever the lead robot is at the fortress is voiced by Alan Tudyk, as many of had guessed when we heard he was in it. Apparently he/they are quite funny.

The more I hear about this footage, the better it sounds. Also there is indeed a sizzle reel at the end, comprised of a lot of stuff we’ve seen, but with some new footage mixed in as well.

First video from a couple of guys in attendance is a good example of why some of the negative reactions might have because they wanted more, not because they did not enjoy what they saw. These guys gave me hyped.

RMB is also a scumbag and a creep, no idea why people talk about his opinions so reverently. Ridiculous, imbecilic man baby who has - among other things - continually denied or downplayed Bryan Singer’s crimes because he personally enjoyed working with him on DVD extras or some other bull****.

People need to be less panicky that maybe not everyone loves the movie. It’s okay! It sounds like an extremely particular movie! Means you might love it even more yourself !

With that said, everything sounds great to me so far (haven't read the leaks, won't read the leaks). Now the real predicament: do I buy a ticket for Minecraft so that I can see this 5 min preview lol.

A lot of summaries of movies sound terrible. It's all about the execution on film.

That said, it also sounds like there isnt anything offensive in this take and that to me is important because I don't think fandom can handle another moment like Superman killing Zod.

I think one of the most brilliant things is playing the actual score on set during filming to get every last inch out of their performance. Plus, I always wondered that. Point for Gunn there! Love that angle to filming.
