It could mean nothing, but for me, the important thing is that the classic colors are there. That's what matters most to me.

People get announced sometimes even after filming has wrapped. You just never know with that kind of thing. And would they start filming without announcing the remaining cast? What's the norm here?
In Ohio? Or next week?Watch it be just b-roll of farms and small towns and whatnot.
Possible, and I might agree if they weren’t all already in town. But I was wondering why the table read was happening so early. Makes more sense if they’re starting rehearsals now imo. We also know the first chunk of filming is in Atlanta, and I doubt they’d be doing the farm stuff there. Ohio is midwestern farm central lol.First week of filming. I can't see them already filming scenes with the actors just yet.
What I mean is, it will be a gradual build up to it in each DCU film released, ending with a couple films that are very KC(ish), but not necessarily the same storyline.Kingdom Com is not a story you use in the beginning even as influence. Everything about it is a longterm sequel.
I mean Lois and the Joker are dead, Superman quit and Batman is a full on fascist.
I think the logo is for promo stuff only.

And since most of the filming for the month of March will be on soundstages, I’m not getting my hopes up for the official suit reveal just yet. Unless Gunn just takes pity on us lol. Blurry leaks seem more likely to me until the move to Ohio.
Gunn already said we’re getting a cape, though.Someone pointed out that that is also the logo from a comic called Superman vs The Authority

Can you imagine the backlash if the suit turned out looking exactly like that![]()
Yeah, I can't seem to keep that promise either. Despite knowing the pain it can lead toNot gonna lie, the hype is already building for me. Promised myself I wouldn't get carried away, but oh well....
It just occurred to me that Milly Alcock isn't at the table read, so perhaps she is not in the film and her casting was more about gearing up the Supergirl film.
As the Big Boss, I suppose Gunn can do whatever he wants. But generally, I think it would be unusual for him to cast an actor in a movie he’s not directing. He would, of course, need to cast someone for Supergirl if the character was appearing (even just a cameo) in his own film. So although Alcock wasn’t in the selfie photo, I’d bet a nickel she’s in Legacy. She could still be in it. The table read/this pic isn't everyone who is in the film. I think it's safe to say it's likely all of the 'core' cast, but not ruling out more to come I.e. Perry, Lombard, Cat Grant etc
