My nephew is a hair stylist and I remember him saying there is a technique used for that kind of thing when filling in the hair follicles before dying fully black. I'm sure eyebrows are tough to achieve!
Yup, it is totally possible that they were just bleached as part of the dying process. The best close-up of them also has Rachel with long hair when recent set photos suggest she will have shorter hair in the movie.

It just seems odd to me that Gunn has released multiple photos with the weird eyebrows, including the official Superman reveal, if it was just a temporary part of the dying process. It just seems to line up reasonably well with the rumours about a Superman clone of some kind in the movie.

What I’m most curious about is how they’ll handle the secret identity stuff. Ngl, I hope they go all-in on the Clark Kent / Superman dichotomy this time around.

Oh my god, just head over heels in love with the outfit in the set photos
Well, not loving the creases.. but overall this costume made the collar look ok. Love the colors, cape length, cape shield are spot on. Im pro trunks but seem on the border of a little too big for me me but acceptable.

Excited how it looks in the movie though. I can't think of how much work it takes to get rid of the creases in post prod my guess is what we see is what we get.

And I wonder Colin how many people crapped on Halle Berry being Catwoman before they saw her before because I've seen quite a bit of that movie, and her performance was atrocious... and those people at that time who thought Halle Berry was a terrible decision were absolutely right, so there is precedence for T\these particular individuals having extreme caution...
outright flamboyant anger and rage? I would say no, but I can understand why they feel that way
I don’t care about people being cautious. Feel how you feel. I’m talking about people crapping on something they haven’t seen a single frame of, especially when they’re doing it because they’re mad about something else. There’s no credibility to be had there no matter how you spin it.

Well, that's your opinion, and you have a right to your opinion, whether you're right or you're wrong

Not really looking for validation when I’m stating a basic definition of credibility, but thanks anyway.
Well, I'm not necessarily trying to validate what you're saying... I mean, okay, maybe little bit, but my entire point is this:
if they want to say that about David, then so be it, they can. I'm not going to dismiss everything they say just because I may or may not agree/disagree with what they're saying.

I think every critique/praise has a basis of truth in it... that grain of truth may be overemphasized and heavily veiled by emotion, but nevertheless, that grain is there

It's been almost a year since David was cast and six years since he was first mentioned on the Hype and it's only now sinking in that we got him as our Superman.
Can you move on from Cavill tho? Do the starts and stops over the years ever feel tiresome to you?

It has nothing to do with “disagreement.” No one dissing a performance they haven’t seen is giving an opinion with any credibility. Because they haven’t seen it, nor has anyone, so it’s not like they can even go off hearsay from someone who has seen it. Which itself wouldn’t be very credible either but would at least have a tiny sliver of credibility because someone’s seen it. But when a movie hasn’t even been completed or seen by a single soul? It’s a valid feeling to have obviously, but not remotely credible as an opinion, period.

This doesn't look CW at all. It looks leagues above.
Well, I can kinda understand why they would make that comparison... the suit itself kinda does have a plastic feel, especially when you look at the shoulders and the torso... so I can understand that criticism, but me personally, I think it's a bit better than the Superman suit that we see in Superman and Lois
