Big Belly Burger has been such a constant part of my favorite fictional universe for so long, I had built it up in my head to be like...the 2nd coming of In-N-Out.

But no, that's some discount Burger King s*** right there.

:o
Oh, did you want Superman to have to endure some of the driest French fries in the known universe? :o

That’s body positivity, *****.

In a world filled with superheroes and cosmic beings, the one thing I find hard to believe is that there's a $0.65 difference between a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger.

Not saying it is but those images give me a strong ai feel. They remind me of when people were first making all the weird burger concepts.

With a strong focus on the folks of Metropolis City I hope we get a lot of interaction from them similar to the Raimi Spider-Man films. It brings life to the city even more.

I am intrigued by the way Superman is being arrested, almost as he is being man handled. It looked as if the villains were actually ruffing him up. I wonder is he just playing along, or has he actually lost his super powers as in does some one have kryptonite on them. The scene certainly is intriguing

I believe Superman would play along at first (probably thinking he'll just clear up any miss understanding of why he's being arrested) could he easily escape? yes
or at least assumes he can, but, doesn't want too hurt anyone
(until he realize something isn't right)

Superman appears to be wearing a stunt rig rope/harness implying that maybe he does try to fly away at some point during this scene... and that's when they start to ruff him up a bit (and finds out he's equally matched by our mysterious man in black) who is able stop from doing soo

theoretically of course

In-N-Out? I didn't realize you enjoyed aggressive mediocrity with a pinch of indigestion! :o

From the BTS it does look like they were man-handling Superman(sadly how American), which does seem strange, considering. Either Superman is accommodating or he is weakened, either way does seem concerning. It is far too early to be making conjecture, but it did concern me, poor David being beaten up. I really wish this was coming out July 11 2024. I do need to know.

Nothing about that "surrender" seemed to be willing at all. That, combined with the fact that we know an injured Luthor was at the scene as well because something happened at City Hall, is what makes me think that whatever happened here probably has to do with a Superman that bare minimum had a really, really bad day lol. Like I said before I can see this as the culmination of Luthor's plan on framing Superman. He does something that causes Superman to confront him publically and rough him up a bit, then he gets restrained by Ultraman and the Engineer. And he gets arrested.

Does anyone recall how long filming is supposed to last for the entire production?

Given how intentionally clumsy David's Clark Kent persona looks from recent set photos, do you guys see him being portrayed as the fake persona (e.g., Christopher Reeve style)?

I'm expecting something in between - I think he'll play it up at the Planet for comedic purposes, but I also think he will kind of inherently be a genuine dork like MAWS (and S&L). Fingers crossed he has some real (not comedic) moments with Lois as Clark, though. I need that relationship to have some authenticity to it.

The lead up to MoS was easily the best time I've ever had as a fan. It was incredibly bliss for me during those times and was the reason why I committed and got immersed into online and forum culture.
It all seemed to change when the Marvel and Disney trolls in the online/Youtube media came for BVS. I don’t think WB ever recovered from that avalanche of an attack. It makes the Star Wars trolls look like a blip on the radar. I totally get why the Snyderverse guys are the way they are after what BVS went through in 2016. Poor Ben…….

“Marvel and Disney trolls” couldn’t make MARTHAAAAAA the meme of the year on their own.

the only reason Superman wouldn't be willing to cooperate with the authorities is if someone else was in danger at the same time and he needed to go save them...

if Lex was the master mind behind all of this, perhaps he framed Superman an arranged for his arrest as a diversion... to do whatever his real plan was all long without Superman interference

{but, lets say for this argument} he kidnaps Lois for whatever reason... Superman over hears whats happen as he's being taking in and is like - "you have to let me go... I need to save her..." and their all - "no your coming with us"

and that's when he would resist arrest
