The fact that there's vibrant colour other than iron bronze?

These are not vibrant colours. Superman Returns had more vibrant colors.

These are dull, washed out colours (Daily Planet shot) that were present in Gunn's Peacemaker and Suicide Squad films.

Snyder's wasn't vibrant either, but at least didn't look like a cheaply made TV show.

No you're right. Gunn's movies never looked that good. Not even TSS.

This on the other hand, it's almost as bland as Wicked's.

Snyder's films look like a videogame but go off, i agree. crowd shots look bad here.

Also, funny what a difference an aspect ratio makes. I agreed with the complaints about the crowd shots in the version I first saw on Twitter, but then in the wider version on YT they don’t bother me at all. Either way, crowd shots wouldn’t really affect my enjoyment at the end of the day - I lived through the years of Nolan extras without complaint after all - so whatever. Tomorrow is my Christmas morning.

I honestly can barely believe Cat Grant, Ron Troupe and Steve Lombard are making it into a movie. For so long they were these niche afterthought characters that only hardcore Superman nerds knew about.

I wish that trailers would still debut on Apple Trailers.

The Youtube slop is really unbearable sometimes. The trailers for The Batman were borderline unwatchable there.

I am literally almost as excited for them as I am for Clark and Lois, it’s ridiculous. Like, I had reached the point in my life where I just assumed I would never see the whole Daily Planet crew on the big screen. What a delightful surprise this has been.

Agreed. Best to keep a look out for Digital-Digest as the next best thing nowadays.

I think the crowd shots look terrible, like an ad. The widescreen trailer helps with the aspect ratio, but not with the production value of those shots. Everything else so far looks great, but there's barely anything to sink your teeth into. Let's just wait for the trailer
