It floated my boat...Unfortunately after watching the Superman trailer and the Penguin series recently. The DCU is just to Fantastical for the Reevesverse. I would watch how Gunn uses Mister Terrific and his tech in the Supes movie. The DCU Batman is probably Mr. Terrific on steroids with experience and tech weapons. Can’t see Pattinson’s Bat hanging with this. On a side note. The DCU Bat family is gonna be fun to watch……

Let me edit that, it's rumored that Gunn wants it. And recently, it was rumored Pattinson is down haha.
I will say this. If Superman is a big at the box office. The heads of WB might overrule Gunn and Reeves. But that is a big “If”. I also don’t think Reeves is against it as some would have said years ago. Just so much stuff would have to change or rearrange. For example you couldn’t do Damien as Robin in my opinion.
Bubble popper here. The originator of that rumor was Jeff Sneider, but Gunn did say they considered it, but ultimately opted no.

I think there are many ways to make it work, but it’s really all about making sure Reeves is comfortable with it. And Rob too.
I think you could just look to Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes to see how it could work. It takes the ball from Reeves and runs with it without necessarily doing what he would’ve done or stepping on his ending. Take Reeves’ series/trilogy as being an era in Bruce’s life, don’t force cameos or any **** into it that Reeves wouldn’t want (which sounds consistent with Gunn would allow Mangold with Swamp Thing), and give Bruce a (nearly) hands-off approach to the League that we’ve seen from time to time, depending on how invested Rob is in doing a big affair like that.

Side note, the Penguin show made the Batman movie so much better. You need to watch them together. I actually think that is where we are getting the delay from. The connection of the characters needs to continue to be flawless. Reeves is a genius.
