As I mentioned in the Clark thread, that shot really drives home that David really, really is a big, big boi. He takes up the entire revolving door both in height and width.
Gunn’s career without Kevin Feige is much more erratic.
His comic movies are pretty much....more or less copy/paste. So Superman is the most interesting one he will have done in his career thus far even though he's playing into some of his usual tropesHis DC content (The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker, etc.) have also been critically acclaimed. No director is infallible but he does have a spotless record in this genre right now. Gunn has earned the benefit of the doubt until we see his film next summer.
To quote my son after a former teammate from his track team went to a different school and showed up with 20 lbs more muscle on his frame:Yeah, he’s huge. That’s what makes it so funny when the Cavill trolls try and act like he’s some beanpole just because he doesn’t start every morning with two ribeyes and a canister of HGH.
To clarify, David said Old Yeller - 'but he turns it off before the ending'
Don't know if this is real, but Superman liking corny films definitely tracks.
BOTH!I'll accept the 3 tea bags and lots of sugar, but no milk? Pfft, nah mate.
Okay real test... left or right?

What’s Jeff’s Beef?Jeff Sneider has literally admitted that he has a personal vendetta against DC and co. Dude is a major a-hole. Major. Massive loser.
It’s abundantly clear that the dude is a massive narcissist, so if Gunn doesn’t play along with his bull****… well, then there’s hell to pay. What’s Jeff’s Beef?
I am not wrong. Good reporters dont act the way he acts, get caught making crap up the way he does and get all ******** when their antics come back to bite them in the...well you get the idea. He may have at one time had credibility but he is nothing but a self absorbed waste of space now and he comes off as a sad frail little weakling every time someone posts one of his self congratulatory tweets. He is the perfect example of everything that is wrong with the entertainment ecosystem. You’re wrong. Sneider is confrontational but he’s a good reporter. He was one of the founding members of The Wrap and was the lead entertainment reporter for Variety ten years ago. To say that he’s some spurned jabroni with a blog is untrue.
I mean I dont even like him and I agree with this. His DC content (The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker, etc.) have also been critically acclaimed. No director is infallible but he does have a spotless record in this genre right now. Gunn has earned the benefit of the doubt until we see his film next summer.
We did this with Routh/Bale years back too. It's just some of us nerds wanting to see it happen lol.
