I love the Cavill suit. If only the two suits could have a child, a suit to rule amongst all Super suits.

It wont happen, some for obvious reasons but...it would be cool if all the former Supermen who are living are invited to the premiere.

This suit is far from perfect and definitely has it's problems, but I have grown to really like it. That in itself is a huge accomplishment because when the suit reveal happened, I hated it.

If this movie is a success, and I suspect it will be, I hope they make some tweaks and improve it further with a sequel.

I was not a fan of the MOS suit when it debuted, largely because of the missing trunks, logo changes, and the piping. But over time I did grow to appreciate it for what it is. I also think that for the tone of Snyder's film, trunks would have never have worked on the suit and fit with the story and aesthetic. In fact, every manip I see with trunks on Cavill's suit, I think it looks out of place.

Now the Cavill suit in BvS and Justice League is downright awful and they went way overboard with the added muscle padding underneath.

I don’t understand what’s so complicated about including trunks. It helps break up the big swath of blue and adds an accent color. It’s visually the right move.

I've warmed up to the Corenswet suit big time. But this is still the best Superman has looked on screen imo, bad colors and all.

That said, good thing Gunn didn't listen to Snyder. No trunks again would have been a significant red flag for me.

Just from my circles, the suit seems to be the only moan. Lots of reactions against it if there was a main gripe so far for Superman. It's cool to see the great reaction to the trailer from the convos in my timeline. Main consensus is Cavill's name still pops up in every discussion, but people like the new direction of the classic Superman film and score. My good buddy at work who is a huge fan of TDKTrilogy feels the same. Doesn't like the Superman suit, liked Cavill, but loves the trailer.
