Elseworlds is an irregular series of one-offs centred around familiar DC characters but in unfamiliar settings or circumstances. So they're not beholden to any prior continuity. Kind of like 'What if...' tales.

Stephen said he's keeping the [Flash] suit after the crossover. I say, yes, give to him! And give Barry a new suit after the crossover, preferably closer to S2 or S3.

I mean, Stephen's not actually wearing the same costume as Grant, so I don't think that would accomplish what you're hoping.

Whilst I don't object to the choice of suit wore by Stephen/Ollie, I don't get why they have to use the exact same design as the latest … design. Couldn't they have just used another one? Or even a new one? Having identical costumes kinda' seems unoriginal.

Wow... this is going to be the craziest crossover in the Arrowverse. Never thought we would see the 1990's Flash onscreen again... I wonder if we will see Tina from the 1990 Flash show again.

I’m sorry what?! Damn, never would’ve expected to see 90’s Flash actually appear. That’s cool as hell. Little disappointing, that we can’t see Grant’s Flash interact with him, but still cool as hell.

Awesome. I was introduced to Barry Allen as a 11 year old in 1990 who watched John Wesley Shipp as the Flash week after week , so its awesome for me to see him in that suit again all these years later.

Why can't the Bat suit take inspiration from this? In dark lighting it looks awesome and the neck, cowl... great.

I would seriously love Routh to don the s shield... but a better version - imagine him in the Reeve suit.. damn.
