I really don't think the numbers call for it, to be honest. I mean, Feature basically holds down the fort over at Ultimate Marvel...with V160 there for continuity questions or whenever Feature's not available.
And Ultimate Marvel has a substantially larger roster than we do here.

I don't really know if I'm going to keep Spyro after I establish his existance in New York, but I'm applying for a third character that I wanted to apply for during the Application stage.
Application for the "Get Violent" Video Game RPG
Name of character and game that he/she/it appears in: Gold from Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal
Powers/skills/inventory of the character:
He has no powers but he has five Pokemon and other Pokemon items.
Will your character be bringing any other characters, items from their game with them?:
As far as characters, his friend Crystal and rival Silver are somewhere in New York from the Mew incident, the same way Red and Gold arrived. Gold also has five Pokemon: Typhlosion, Bayleef, Totodile, Pichu and a Larvitar.
Why have you chosen this character?: Because I wanted to play a Pokemon trainer.
Can you provide any need-to-know information about your character for players with no knowledge of that character?
Gold is a young trainer from the Johto region, who sets out to prove himself 3 years after Red became the League Champion. Gold is the male protagonist in Pokemon Gold, Pokemon Silver and Pokemon Crystal. His rival's name is Silver, his best friends name is Crystal, and he knows Red and his friends Green and Yellow, and Red's rival Blue.
Please provide your sample "blackout" post if your character comes from a different time to the present setting:
It was a beautiful day outside of New Bark Town, where long-time Pokemon Trainer Gold was battling a rookie that was just started out.
"Larvitar! I choose you!"
Gold threw his two Pokeballs at the ground and two of his Pokemon emerged from them before returning to his hand.
"Go! Tyrogue! Use High Kick!"
"Larvitar! Protect!"
Larvitar's shell became harder and shinier to deflect the incoming Tyrogue's kick. It was successful and the enemy Tyrogue fell.
"Now use Thrash!"
Then Gold's level 29 Larvitar took the opposing Pokemon and threw them across the field, and the Tyrogue was knocked out upon landing.
"No! Tyrogue, return! Go Chikorita!"
A Chikorita then emerged from the boy's Pokeball. Gold could tell right away that it was the boy's starter Pokemon.
"Larvitar return! Totodile! Go! Use Water Gun!"
Then Gold's Totodile was released and shot a spray of water at the Chikorita. Nearly Drowning it.
"Chiky! Use Razor Leaf!"
"Evade!"
The Chikorita fired many leaves from it's head, but Gold's Totodile easily dodged them, for otherwise it would've been bad for Totodile if he didn't.
"Now! Totodile use Iron Tail!"
Then Totodile's tail then beacme shiny with power and struck the Chikorita. It was then knocked out.
"No! I lost!"
Gold then sympathized with the boy. He was like him at one point and wanted to cheer him up. Gold then returned his Totodile and and walked over to the new trainer.
"Good battle, kid. You were good."
"But my Chikorita." He said holding his knocked out Pokemon.
"Here. Use this."
Then Gold took out a Potion from his bag, and handed it to him.
"Thanks." Then the boy used the potion and called back his Pokemon and ran with joy. But all of a sudden, Gold's vision was turning black, and he was going crazy, and fainted. But he awoke in what he thought was the biggest city he's ever been to, and saw a sign bearing it's name.
"New York City?"

Sure. I'm leaning towards keeping him anyways. Makes it easier to introduce Crash into the mix.

Powers/skills/inventory of the character:
Luigi has basically the same skills Mario has with a few minor changes: He is not as strong as Mario, he jumps higher and has more agility than Mario, but he does not have very good traction. That's about it.
Will your character be bringing any other characters, items from their game with them?: A power star.
Why have you chosen this character?: We got a Mario. He needs a Luigi. I think I can play a good one.
Can you provide any need-to-know information about your character for players with no knowledge of that character?

Luigi yawned as he rose from his bed. He got dressed and headed into the kitchen to see if there was anymore leftover pasta (there wasn't), when he noticed that Mario was no where to be seen.
"Mario? You here, bro?"
That's when Luigi saw the note on the fridge. Apparantly, Mario had gone out without him... Again. Luigi sighed.
"He's-a not gonna last long without ME. Luigi, away!"
The moment Luigi rushed out side, he ran straight into a warp pipe, stumbled, and fell in.
When Luigi awoke from his minor concussion, he got up and looked around. He was in a dark alley, and a little bit frightened.
"Oh boy..."

Cloud Strife is a badass swordsman. He has crazy strength, speed, agility.
Will your character be bringing any other characters, items from their game with them?: A buncha materia, his sword, his bike, and Sephiroth.
Why have you chosen this character?:
Somebody had to. And FFVII was one of the best games of all time.
Can you provide any need-to-know information about your character for players with no knowledge of that character?

Cloud kept his eyes on the road in front of him as he continued on his way to deliver the package. His mind drifted once more back to his days with Aeris... He quickly shook his head and kept driving. Suddenly, a stange cloaked being appeared in the middle of the road. Fenrir screeched to a halt.
"Are you okay?"
The short, cloaked being did not reply. He, instead, backflipped behind Cloud and snatched the package from Cloud's bike.
"Wait- What are you-?"
The mysterious being kicked Cloud in the face, and he hit the ground, unconcious.
Cloud awoke to find a strange white door in front of him. He cautiously approached, grasped the handle firmly, turned it, and pushed the door open. White light surrounded Cloud, blinding him.
Cloud opened his eyes and found himself in a large forest. He sighed.
