Well, it should be noted that Injustice exists within it's own little canon; it is not meant to be a possible future or anything to the current continuity.

Having said that, I want to say there was something in Flashpoint between Grayson and Deadman, but as far as I know, it has never been a significant and/or consistent friendship or partnership.

For Booster and Blue, the late 80s to mid 90s Justice League International is a good place to start. They just reprinted the trades a few years ago, so they shouldn't be hard to find.

Booster Gold had a great run during 52 (not the new 52 ) and I liked his series that led into the new 52.
