I 'borrowed' Angelmaxx's vest-on-a-shoestring-budget idea, if your not looking for 100% screen accuracy like me (I'm wearing a jacket) its a great placeholder. Pics to follow, jus waiting on some red shoelaces.

I'll try to do another sculpt of the mask, i'am not happy with my old one and i made some mistakes so i'll try to do a better mask with these new photos hopefully like the mask from Roids

The boots were one of the biggest mysteries. The straps have different seam lining so those should be added on. But this seems more like a western boot of some variation to me lol. Looks very much like cow hide from the wear and tear on it but w/e works to achieve the loot. Combat boots are not required.

The boots intrigue me because they look different from like the shots we saw on the football field, I wonder if there were multiple sets of boots.

I'm sure there were but the other thing is that these are the most detailed shots we've got (and we'll probably ever get) of the costume. So we obviously see more little details that weren't easily visible from set pics.

Football field shots were probably a test version. They might have refined the material a bit because they don't shoot the scenes chronologically. Then again we didn't have close up pictures to capture the texture so it could have been there the entire time.

I was about to buy some spraypaint of the color SAGE GREEEN, but after seeing those new pictures of the shoes, I think I'm going to drop the spraypainting on my military boots.

They are black and I think I'm just going to "sand" the boots with fine sand and rocks - just to make them look like they're been worn for 10 years.

Yeah, i think some good work boots and just add your own straps. These pictures basically show you all the shaping for it so it shouldn't be too difficult now to make it.

Alright, these are 95% PACKER BOOTS or at least close enough where you can get the right look off. It's just a matter of getting the right colors or make your own.

Just google it and you'll find tons of resemblance in builds.

Finally seeing the rubies mask on a person give me more confidence in my mask I'm making. Which will be done soon btw I'm a bit of a perfectionist.
