Wait I thought they killed off Chiklis Captain Barnes character? Did I miss something, because I thought the resurrected Galavin killed him in front of Gordon?Look, an article headline detailing all that's gone wrong with the show.
For some reason I thought I remembered a scene with Gordon and Bullock at a funeral procession for him. Maybe I'm imagining things.Barnes was stabbed by Galavan, but, as far as I can tell, not killed. And he's in the trailers for Season 3, so chances are he made it through.
Any info on Bruce and Selina’s developing relationship on Gotham? — Catherine
Camren Bicondova says that Cat’s bond with the future Bat “is going to evolve into a more teenage relationship, instead of a middle school thing.” And hopefully as Bruce dabbles with the “playboy” persona that will one day become his false face, he can be there for Selina as she is dealt a blast from her past. “Selina gets to meet a family member that’s very dear to her heart — [BLACKOUT]her mom[/BLACKOUT],” says Bicondova. “And that doesn’t really go the way she expected it to.”
Although most of the Wayne Manor study is underneath dust covers when I speak with him, Mazouz looks comfortable on the sofa, in costume and in full-on Bruce Wayne teenage playboy mode. We are chatting during a late August visit to the show’s Brooklyn set, after Mazouz had just finished filming an Episode 6 party scene at Sirens (the new club owned by Barbara Kean and Tabitha Galavan).
In the interview below, he discusses this evolution of Bruce into a young man. He also reveals more about his role as the Bruce lookalike revealed at the end of Season 2. And, of course, he teases his investigations into the secret society of Season 3: The Court of Owls.
You’re looking quite dapper for this party scene at Sirens ...
I appreciate it!
Based on this scene, where you have a conversation with Selina, Bruce appears to be more confident, and have some more swagger. Is that the case? Is he developing more of the playboy persona?
Absolutely. He is becoming an adult, as any teenager would. The thing [executive producers] Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon have always said is Bruce will grow as I grow. As David, I’m becoming more of an adult, and so is Bruce. What comes with becoming an adult is confidence, romance, and all those things will come his way.

Can't wait to find out who they cast.he can be there for Selina as she is dealt a blast from her past. Selina gets to meet a family member thats very dear to her heart [BLACKOUT] her mom,[/BLACKOUT] says Bicondova. And that doesnt really go the way she expected it to
Imagine if they cast Michelle Pfeiffer![]()
Executive producer Ken Woodruff has a few things to say about Bruce.
Our actor [is] turning 16, so hes getting close. Were not quite getting to the point of Batman, but were really focusing on trying to get to see different sides of Bruce Wayne and to lay the foundation for all those Batman things. Hes going to be much more active. Near the end of last season, he spent time on the streets with Selina Kyle. We didnt show a lot of that, but this year were going to show what the gains from that experience were learning how to pick locks, break into things, be silent like a bat. We definitely wanted to show that progression for Bruce.
I doubt the show will go beyond season 4 (as much as I would like it to), so they should leave Batman out of things completely.
The series finale could arguably be quite bleak, showing the city growing even worse and having Bruce leave for his travels to begin his proper training.
Ratings-wise this show is FOX's second-scoring scripted drama so from that perspective there would not be any trouble letting it extend beyond season four. However the recast of Ivy smelled like "hurry the f¤ck up" which sort of worried me.I doubt the show will go beyond season 4 (as much as I would like it to), so they should leave Batman out of things completely.

Well, Jerome/Not-Joker is certainly ready to return. Not digging the laugh he used here compared to the ones he used in the first two seasons.
