That stuff is ridicolous, and I believe, potentially lethal as well?

I'm dealing with a really perstistent cold at the moment. Coming up on 2 weeks without any exercise now, and I feel like crap.
 
I have been trying recently to do shorter 1 or 2 mile runs at faster pace just to get a little more speed and to get my cardiovascular strength up. After my myriad of injuries the last year, I found myself going back into 3-6 mile runs at very slow pace. I couldn’t even keep a 10 minute mile pace. So I’m trying to work my speed up a bit and then work at extending distance from there.

My current plan is to get in 1 and a half mile runs in on a fairly consistent basis. (I can generally get those in before work in the mornings) and then throw in one or two longer runs each week. Hopefully that will get me back in better shape before my annual half marathon in April.
 
I’ve had my one gym membership over ten years, my mma gym but have recently canceled that and my other gym. I’ I’ve picked up another full time job so will be working close to 80 hrs a week and fitness and hobbies will take a back seat. Never been this out of shape before but I’ve got bigger priorities. Going to just have to work on diet and run and life when I can. Diet will be biggest issues because I eat junk food in excess when I’m stressed and I’m thinking I’ll be stressed doing both jobs
 
hey yall. sorry ive been gone a while. work, the govt shutdown, and family stuff has just been very hard for me.
i will say that i've lost about 38-40 pounds for the year now. my goal is still 50 by the end of the year and i feel like it's obtainable.
i lost my father this summer, who i'd been caring for the last few years and that's been very hard on me. i spoke to my doctor about various things and how that's affected my already poor mental health so we are trying a medication to help with that. so far i can't tell how much it's helping, but it's not deterring, so i'm willing to try.
i'm still using CookUnity as a meal source and i really like them. i am terribly behind on my water intake this month as i had to go work 400+ miles away for about a week on overnight shifts. i'm still trying to adjust back from that schedule.
