with striped backing for sale

Hey fellas, I don't know if it matters to any of you, but for those who are perfectionists. Joker where's a pair
of white and green suspenders. They green is metallic Looking. You cam see them in the interogation scene in DK. They show up when joker says "go back to ripping of mobb dealers..no no." he adjusts his vest and you can see them clearly off his left shoulder. They show up again just before
Batman pulls Joker over the table.

Adam-

It's a great look the Joker had in the film. But the iceing is the old knife in the shoe. A HUGE tip-of-the-hat from Nolan to the old comics.

I have a custom nurse joker outfit if anyone is interested.

Over last weekend, I attended MegaCon in Orlando, Fl. OF COURSE, I had to do Joker. It's my staple for any convention.

HOWEVER, GOOD GENTLEMEN AND LADIES...

Allow me to breathe new life into this forum with THIS picture:

This is my group at MegaCon on Sunday. As you all may know, I enjoy doing Joker a lot as a costume. My friends decided, "Let's see what all of the hype is about". And that they did; What a blast! It was SO much fun. I look forward to trying this again, adding and editing Jokers to the group.

From left to right: Bianca Steeplechase ("Batman: ThrillKiller"), Nurse Joker ("The Dark Knight"), Older Joker (Me - "The Dark Knight Returns"), Joker Junior ("Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker"), Jack Nicholson Joker ("Batman 1989"), The Joker and Harley ("Batman: Arkham Asylum"), and The Jokerz, DeeDee and Ghoul ("Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker").

I did all Joker makeups (except for Harley, Ghoul, and DeeDee). I felt like a proud parent that day! But, I digress. Here is a better look at the costumes. Enjoy!

Hi there all!

I am amazed by the size of the other Joker Costume threads and glad that this one was created ti continue on. I would like to ask one, but important, question : does some of you knows a guide to have a costume of the Batman Arkham Asylum Joker?

http://www.renders-graphiques.fr/image/upload/normal/6865_render_joker.png

Not that I hate the Heath Ledger version, but there's too many clones of him around and I don't want to become part of it.

Hey
I don't want to read all the "joker costume" threads but I have a question:

I want to know where I should buy the different garments. Every single part of the costume should look extremely accurate. Money is not an issue at all...

So what do you think?

Anyone? What's the best online store for EACH one of these:

100% movie accurate: color, every small detail, etc (+ very high quality, can be different stores)

- shoes ?
- vest ?
- coat (baron or magnoli?!)
- trousers (magnoli, right?)
- shirt ? (I heard utopiabase would be the best place for the shirt, is this correct?)
- necktie (turnbull & asser, right?)
- blazer ?
- gloves ?
- and the braces ?

Please answer. Thank you! :yay:

shoot me a private message bro with your height and weight. my costume was 100% custom made, I have the original turnbull and asser tie, and my coat was made by hand and only 2 exist in the world. let's talk

Here's mine, from last October (week before Halloween) at a local comic book shop.

And another shot (minus the coat) at another event, the week prior.

Total cost for my costume was around $30 + cost of make up.
Make up was done by me and took nearly an hour each time. (top pic, I know, it goes up too far)

Every piece was mostly purchased at thrift stores around town.

I was lucky enough to find an actual long purple coat for only $10.
The hexagon-patterned shirt $3 by Tripp.
The tie I bought the year before $3. (Closest I could find w/ out breaking the bank, LOL)
The pinstriped slacks $5.
Shoes are my own from work.
"Pocket" Chain $2 (Home Depot) 3 feet total.
The gloves are from Party City, painted w/ diluted purple fabric paint. $3.
The vest I painted w/ green fabric paint $3.

Bought a different vest that I will use this year, and will paint a darker green.

Didn't get any pics from Halloween Night, but I will this year. :)

Both pics from my Deviant Art account.

Started working on my costume and make up again. I don't know where a good place to get scars are that worth the price besides the real professional ones.

Since this thread is back alive, if anyone could point me in the direction of where I can find a pair of accurate shoes it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Hey Alex,

I probably should have stated that I'm looking for something a little more affordable than the ones Magnoli offers. I was aware of those, but they're out of my price range so I was hoping to find something that looks similar at a more reasonable price. Thank you for responding, though. :word:

Well a good thing to do is just research and check your local thrift stores. I got my base costume from thirftstores it cost me about 15-20 bucks. I had to get the wool coat custom. Let me look

Here is the half of the costume for like 200 http://www.ebay.com/itm/DELUXE-JOKE...59899?pt=US_Costumes&var=&hash=item20c019a63b on ebay.

Or you check here also http://www.utopiabase.com/best-sellers.html
