I'm pretty sure the issue with Constantin got cleared up earlier when everyone was noting that their owner had them slated for divestiture/elimination. I think the Mouse told them to wait it out, and have an offer, if they have anything left.
If not, why are they still around?
It is down to the bankers, making sure all are evaluated right, then the lawyers making sure the deal is being done. I still feel that it will be a package set deal, with several packages to ensure that the things the Mouse wants most go through without any hitch, even in some other causes some big stink in their package as a whole, those rights come across regardless. The Mouse wants Hulu, Star, Sky, and Avatar, the separates will be ANH and the Marvel rights, those are just way too big (and maybe Avatar, if they can swing it) to let slip away.
