So with all the FFINO defenders we had, would they (if they were even around) still prefer to get a sequel to Fant4stic rather than a proper MCU FF now? Would they be against the X-Men and FF coming back to Marvel?

Let's just say it was true and F4 wouldn't make it to film. Would that include SS and Galactus? I'd think no because they were a package deal. Annihilus as well. I'd think the deal would only cover the F4 and Doom.............but I don't think Constantine is that strict to hold out to Disney but give into Fox. Has Constantine made ANY films in the last 20 years?

I'm pretty sure the issue with Constantin got cleared up earlier when everyone was noting that their owner had them slated for divestiture/elimination. I think the Mouse told them to wait it out, and have an offer, if they have anything left.

If not, why are they still around?

It is down to the bankers, making sure all are evaluated right, then the lawyers making sure the deal is being done. I still feel that it will be a package set deal, with several packages to ensure that the things the Mouse wants most go through without any hitch, even in some other causes some big stink in their package as a whole, those rights come across regardless. The Mouse wants Hulu, Star, Sky, and Avatar, the separates will be ANH and the Marvel rights, those are just way too big (and maybe Avatar, if they can swing it) to let slip away.

I might need to get drunk again and buy it, just to remember what could have been canon, and praise the great gods of booze it is dying finally.

I'm thinking, and a simple, no thrills type teaser after-creds, like the cap one at the end of SM:H, and you could get one or both of two things, someone saying "We need to find the Mutants.", and/or you could see a huge hint, say someone taking the keys to Stark/Avengers Tower, or a certain ship blasting off.

Their contrarian traits got them banned, as eventually while discussing movies they would go to far and end up insulting people or something along those lines.

After reading a few other message boards in regards to Constantin's rights...I am now starting to get a sick feeling in my stomach...what if the F4 rights aren't really part of this? What if now we have to contend with Constantin Films who I guess are the rights owners? I get they are a low budget German company but could they really take the rights and make a deal with someone else? I mean I still can't believe Doom, Galactus, Surfer, and the 4 are possibly still trapped in rights hell? Maybe I am freaking out for no reason, but somebody help me out here to calm me down lol
