Movie won't shoot until early next year. Plenty of time to make additions. Further, the script may be done, but it likely is an early draft. It likely isn't final at this stage anyway. Also, I do believe Gunn has expressed interest in using him in the past.

Again if the script is complete that means Surfer isn't in it and the story is set. Let's not mess with that. I'm fine with a post-credit sequence.

Depends on your definition of complete. At this stage, what they would more than likely have is a completed draft. But a completed draft doesn't mean completed script. They will keep tweaking it and make changes. Look at Civil War. Once the Spidey deal was looking likely, he was added in a later draft. Given when the movie will film, adding him wouldn't be hard.

Though it is true, we don't know the story yet. But, I feel like this is something you make room for. Galactus can be the next Thanos for the MCU. I think sowing those seeds now would be wise.

DP isnn't delayed. It's not gonna happen. Even if it makes 100 million that's still 100 million that Disney didn't have. They are gonna release it.

I am hoping this clears in time for them to add maybe some Surfer and Galactus easter eggs at least into GotG3 (if not maybe put Surfer in the movie) I've had a feeling that would be the first movie in the slate we could see easter eggs or feel changes from the deal. I still think it may be late to do anything outside of a credits tease or something for A4, but GotG3...def is time!

I think GOTG3 is easy (if they want to) and even the 2019 releases are possible.

Consider the Captain Marvel symbol and how easy something like that is to film.

If this closes before the end of the year, they could easily insert a shot of a newspaper headline that mentions Latveria or Reed Richard's space mission or mutants etc. into films scheduled to be released as early as Captain Marvel.

And that's just something extremely easy. If they want to get a little more ambitious, there's no reason they couldn't have Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson come in and read a couple lines in front of a green-screen in January that could be added into the film before March. That would require a little more time and money and effort than something as simple as a newspaper headline, but it could be done.

And with all that has been going on, some directors might have already filmed some alternate takes 'just for fun' that could be included now if they fit.

I think at this point it's more about Feige's plan and what he wants to hint or not hint than it is about not having enough time to put some things in if they want.

Yeah, them playing Doom like they've played Loki would be pretty perfect.

I won't get my hopes up too much for this. But if the Hulk situation got settled, and a Hulk sequel could FINALLY happen...that is where I would introduce Wolverine
