Thats actually a good idea. Let the Xmen on the big screen rest for a bit while they reintroduce F4. But they can use Disney+ to gauge the audience interests a bit in some of the lesser known characters and build up to a xmen movie on the big screen.

I really can’t wait to see what they do with them. It’s probably the only other property that they could potentially turn into something as big as the Avengers.

It’s a good place to do origins for anyone where they prefer not to for their films.

Disney looking to reach deal to sell the 22 RSNs by end of February. They can only sell those after the deal closes (they have 90 days from the time the deal closes to sell them).

Awesome! Things really are getting finalised now. Once this is done everyone will be following Feuge like a hawk to hear his first words when he can pretty much say what he wants.

I probably speak for the majority in saying that, while I definitely want to see the MCU X-Men on the big screen, the mutant world is just so expansive that I can definitely see things being developed for film and television.

I hope they give Psylocke a proper vehicle. She was arguably the most popular 90s X-Woman, she deserves a spin-off.

yeah, it makes sense that the A-level characters will be in the films and less popular mutant characters who play supporting roles in film will get their own shows, just like the setup we're about to have with avenger characters.

there are definitely enough characters to support that line of thinking.

While I think teams like X-Factor would be ideal for Disney+, I want the possibility of developing feature films for the Disney+ X teams as well, or do crossover with the X-Men. The sky's the limit.
