How many takes did Stan Lee film as Willie Lumpkin for the 2005 FF movie? Because if there were alternate unused takes, maybe they could use that for a new FF film if they could extract him from his surroundings and place him into the new film.

At the end of Civil War, Lee played a mailman too. He could've been Lumpkin then if they had the rights.

Nope, No waiting... Time for another Sony hack... Time to press for those radioactive rights to come home with the final 30% of Hulu....

The big ones are down, sort of.... the heart and soul of Marvel need to come home next. Let's get Spidey home forever, and the rest of the Green Goliath's rights headed back as well.

Ya'lllllll, Tony is lucky he won't have to come face to face with Magneto

I'm not very familiar with FF from the comics. So I'm very excited to see the MCU version of them.

And Doom.

It's official! I'm betting we get FF and X-Men nods in Endgame that have already been shot. Disney is well within their rights now.

FF, maybe. X-Men, no. The FOX universe isn't over yet. We need to wait Dark Phoenix.

I doubt it
What makes you doubt it? Back during Civil War there were two scripts, one with and one without Spidey. Feige wanted it that way until it was confirmed that Sony would work with them. Now that was for a company that Disney didnt even own back then, and they took that risk. Unlike that deal, Disney has been sitting on this merger for a while now and it's pretty much been confirmed that the deal would go through. Just seems logical that Feige and the Russos would have multiple versions of the script or ending this time as well, one with the X-Men and FF nods. Especially when they knew it would be legal after March 20th, more than a month before Endgame releases.

Tease the X-Men before Dark Phoenix comes out? Great idea. Now the general audience will think Dark Phoenix connects to the Avengers movies

Idk Feige said that they haven't planned anything yet and I don't think he was being coy. These are a lot of stories and characters to take on and on top of the slate that they have already been actively working on, I'm inclined to believe him.

There's never been a single Avengers connection in the Fox movies, though. And if mutants are just popping up in the MCU, then how would that connect to the different eras we've seen the FoX-Men in? Especially when they're celebrities in their universe, akin to the Avengers. The general audience aren't idiots, but it might be confusing for some. If anything, I see mutants being mentioned. Dark Phoenix won't even matter in a few years once people see the new cast of MCU X-Men.

Spidey was one character. Very simple to adapt to. This is a whole new species of human beings we're talking about, it needs to be much more nuanced. It would definitely be easier to include a nod to the FF but they really need to be smart about how they do it with the X-Men especially with an existing X-Men universe that is still very fresh.

I have a feeling we'll get something. Feige and the Russo's aren't living under rocks. They know what's going on. They know what it means. They know how fans feel.

What we get may be so short it may almost go without notice and it may have no real impact on where we're going from here, but I suspect they'll throw something in there for the simple reason it will be a nod to people like us.

I think it's more likely to get some sort of Deadpool cameo/post credit scene than anything else. As much as a hate the idea, the general audience would eat that up. And it gets the job done.
