I don’t get the Deadpool hate.

Deadpool 2 was the most X-Meniest movie that they have made to date.

Can’t wait to see him chop it up in the MCU.

I'm sure the movies are fine(I've only seen the Colossus scenes) but I hate the character in general. He has cool suits and is an amazing fighter but once he starts talking or a bunch of thought bubbles in the comics I cringe.

I loath the fourth wall breaking and he is way too over the top whacky for me. Plus an *******

Colossus treatment in Deadpool 1-2 is not a 3dimensional character. He was just "metal boy". Where is his human form? thats his true nature. He transform into metal when he wants to fight. But they just made him a CGI character, making him less real of a character and more like a parody. Thats not how the x-men should be treated.

Liefield used to be so against the deal that he even wrote a letter to Fox trying convince them not to sell to Disney.

Now he’s jumped on the Disney bandwagon.

As others have said, the silver lining though is that lesser known characters got their chance to step up, and were rewarded for it.

Say what you will about the rollercoaster ride that was Fox-Men, they've had solid entries, (First Class, Days of Future Past, Logan) similar to Spiderman before he entered the MCU. (Spiderman 1 & 2.)

The Fantastic Four, however, have NEVER been treated with an ounce of respect. Can't wait to see them given the due they deserve. Only downside of this is Stan won't be here to see it come to life.

I wonder if Marvel will try to bring Stan Lee back like Peter Cushing, Carrie Fisher and others for a cameo alongside the FF and X-Men. It would seem odd that he never interacts with them.

First Class was ok but it just turned me off once they established Xavier/Mystique being foster siblings. That was just so random.

But atleast DP got Juggy right! Lol

Don't think they'll need to retcon him. They'll probably already have plans in place that are seperate from that scene.

A time like 12:02am makes it pretty clear what the actual effective date is, where some electronic systems use 12:01 as a safe start to the day setting things at 12:02 avoids confusion. Likewise, 3:02AM on the East coast guarantees it's the same calendar date in all 48 contiguous states, making the creation of a timeline of events easier for everyone.
