They can't change the 20th Century Fox fanfare. That is iconic and historic. They need to keep it.

well they didnt change Lucasfilm's logo so I think they'll keep fox's logo and hymn (fanfare), though they really should change 20th to 21st to really mark the big change.

yea thats how it will probably work. There might be more expansion with X-Men tho with Disney+ and maybe a few other films outside the main x-men team ups like a Wolverine trilogy etc. Doom and Silver Surfer will probably appear in Avengers as well.

Well they didn't change it from 20th to 21st at the turn of the century in 2000. It's a nod to the historic 20th Century Pictures which is what it was before it merged with Fox and started trading as 20th Century Fox in 1935.

Yeah but 20th Century foX the film division is now under a different company and isn't this the first time it happened to foX. This merger/buy out couldn't be more fitting for a slight name change. We are now in the new era of 20th Century Fox films so might as well change the studio name, as we are now in the 21st century.

I'm eXcited to see how many films will Disney release under the foX banner every year. I hope its gonna be like their main film studio. Disney the film studio is the one studio from the big six that released the least amount of movies per year for like the last five years and yet they became the most successful. And I hope its gonna quality over quantity for foX now and most of their franchise should be put to rest like Ice Age, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Die Hard, Predator and Alien. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Disney tries to resurrect those similar to Lucasfilm's franchises. I remember the years when foX had 1 critical acclaimed film and the rest were met with bad reviews and I have so many foX movies in my room so I know.

Disney will only release 3-4 movies per year under the Fox/Fox Searchlight labels going forward.

Even though the hour is almost upon us, and thus the death of the project virtually guaranteed, I would take this as essentially unequivocal evidence that it isn't moving forward. He was previously growing his hair out for the role, and I guess they could've changed their minds to wigs, but I definitely don't see it happening now- maybe not even with Tatum in the MCU.
