I still believe Marvel Disney would be well within legal authority to litigate Fantastic Four from ever being made again by Fox for breaking the quality clause.

I agree, and I think that's why Marvel can just hang back, relax and wait for the rights to come to them. And if Fox is foolish enough to start talking about a reboot, let the games begin.

Five years might seem like a long time to some of the younger posters around here, but five years is a very short time to me.

And I'm sure it's a short time to Marvel, Fox, and shareholders as well.

The absolute failure of Fant4stic was too profound to be forgotten in five more years.

So it looks like i continue to be right that Fox will never give the rights back. Good.

It would be quite a fool who would wake up every morning and think "I continue to be right that I'll never die."

... particularly someone who has been mortally wounded.
