I've always wondered what Bale would look like in the Returns suit. I'm curious if they tried suits similar to it before settling on the Begins suit.

lol yeah I wanted to but it's hard to find a studio picture of Keaton that's the right match based on angle, lighting & picture quality.

Agreed, awesome manip for sure. I like how the entire suit is black, but the boots, gauntlets, and cowl/cape are a darker shade; giving off a closer resemblance to the comics.

I am with the majority I really don't like the Nolan cowl bat ears they're too short and stubby.

Just because you say its the majority doesnt make it the majority, thats usually something the minority would say. Other than on here i cant think of anyone ive ever talked to that complained about the suit.

Also doubt theyre gonna go back to a cowl that doesnt allow him to turn his head, which is a good thing

Definitely worthy of getting posted again. I love the look of the cowl.... very intimidating look as if Batman is a diabolical dark angel.

I actually like the ears on the Nolan suits.

But as far as cowls go, I'll have to agree with most people here: The BR cowl is my favorite. I actually love the color/texture of rubber that they used throughout the suit. It's just a good suit all around, IMO.

I love the BR suit. The cowl looks so ****ing good. I even like the BF cowl and the costume sans nipples.

And honestly, Keaton wears the BR cowl better than Bale. For a reason though. The cowl was form fitted for his own head only. That's why it's so much better than the B89 cowl. Keton is kind of engulfed in it while the BR cowl compliments his head and face.

Love this cowl, man. It's like the Returns cow, but at least looks like it would still have some of the maneuverability of the TDK segmented neck. I think that this would be great, letting him move his head without looking like this
