IMO Hugo was one of the better characters, it's his plot that sucked.

his design and his voice were great, but he was just a pawn, so even his characterization was bad. Not to mention he was in only two scenes.

What I mean is, the impression you got of him before they decided to let the cat out of the bag appeared to be a good character. Then it was completely tarnished. I like to forget the third act of the game even happened, honestly.

Some of the things he said were like so odd. I was sure Batman was dreaming when alfred was talking.

I mean I was LITERALLY SURE this was a dream.

I'm REALLY glad I'm not the only one who noticed the strangeness in Alfred's speech. He was downright violent at times, it was all so odd. I got excited cause I was thinking, wow Bruce is under some drug and this whole thing is a delusion and when he wakes up he's going to wreck stuff.

Well the reboot will supposedly be only inspired by the semi-realistic... yet somewhat fantastical elements of the games.

Its a step in the right direction after Nolan.

And it wasn't the case.

I actually got this impression throughout the whole game, but Alfred didn't strictly have anything to do with it. It was mainly "wonderland" and the scenes where Batman felt like he was on an acid trip.

It will probably premiere with The Avengers in America on May 4th... then internationally with Dark Shadows the following week.

I wouldn't be lucky enough to see it with The Avengers on April 26th.

Same. Again, they barerly ever show new trailers that are due over here, and I don't think they attatch trailers until the domestic release but I could be wrong.

The trailer was playing with New Years Eve over here... but we came in just as the chant was building up.

By the time we sat down it was over.

Well I can only speak for Germany or a bit of europe...I was recently quite often in cinemas, watched a lot of the big movies, Hunger Games, Wrath of the Titans etc. and nothing TDKR related, but always The Avngers, Spiderman and Battleship,.- it was depressing
