It's funny, even the matte-painters in a bonus feature for BR admitted they have no idea what she was standing on :funny:.

Actually look at the buildings... shes got nothing to stand on. But I always pretend theres a metal railing there. :woot:

:lmao: I can't believe I didn't notice that when I watched it recently. Nice one! :lmao:

It's one of those things you wish you never knew... Like the big purple mark on The Joker's neck in Batman 89.

I knowwwww. I noticed that maybe 5 or 6 years ago, and I always stare at it during that scene now :csad:

It's still maybe my favorite scene in that movie, but it has certainly been tainted by the splotch.

I've noticed that purple mark since I was a little kid. What was it exactly?

I think some dye from his jacket.

Some make-up got on the Jacket and rather than cleaning it they just coloured it in with purple boot polish...

It rubbed off on the make-up and Burton used the best take... which sadly showed the blotch very prominently.

Just keep telling yourself it's a love-bite from Bob.

I still like his joker better

if I could use a time machine and switch the jokers in TDK it would be awesome IMO

but eckhart was a great twoface

I hope the last scene involves Bruce and Gordon.

really what about the final scene being a tire beaten worn out Bruce diving into action while a lonely Selina waits for him at a airport or something

real tragic like showing that as long ad Bruce lives he will be the bat and psycologically can't give it up

Very Wrestler-esque.

I initially was hoping for an ending like that, as I don't think Bruce would or could, ever, realistically "finish" his mission. But Nolans franchise is different, so he'll most likely just empower the people to take back Gotham.....
