It is a big difference from the other films. It's a big difference because in the first movie you understand why Batman is not in it much. In the second you don't mind because Dent and Joker are fun to watch. But this movie just has boring/bad dialogue mixed in with no Batman. Unacceptable.

You do know that 13% is an amount, right? It doesn't mean none. And that guy with the pointy nose and the bum leg? That's Batman. He's just not wearing his cape.

TDKR is much more acceptable than Batman Begins because Bruce is retired, gets broken and lands himself in a prison in Morocco(most likely). One could say BB spent too much time even on Bruce before he finally becomes Batman, so...I think it's just your idea that it's unacceptable because you find the movie "boring" or the dialogue "bad" when the majority doesn't

TDKR was also about 20 minutes longer than TDK. So wouldn't that throw off the percentages a little. If all the movies would have been around the same length then the percentage could have been more accurate.

in BB, ra's al ghul says "amusing, but pointless"
in TDKR, Bane says "admirable, but mistaken"
