Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English: None; the Red Skull is a psychotic skin head who leads the largest underground neo-Nazi movement in America. Little is known about the Red Skull's past, but the man who has seemingly came out of nowhere has brought nation-wide organization to the American-Nazi movement.
Never appearing anywhere without his red colored skull mask that covers his entire head, the Skull has spent countless hours upon hours studying the major figures from the movement's past. He's as skilled a speaker and manipulator as Hitler. As brilliant a tactical mind as Rommel. And as ruthless and cunning as Himmler.
The Red Skull is the ultimate symbol of the Nazi ideal. Blending the core beliefs and tactics of the old guard with the new methods of the modern age.
With the power of the internet backing him, the Red Skull has brought together thousands of skinhead gangs across the country. Now under his yolk, the Red Skull is now planning to begin his campaign against all the inferior races and the government that protects them.
The Red Skull is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant versed in numerous military combat techniques.
Three reasons why you have chosen that character: Because he's a villain, and it seems, least judging by the roster, that you could use a few more of them. I've been thinking about getting into this game, and, out of all the concepts I was considering, playing a modern day rompa stompa appealed to me the most. He's a villain, and I do so love the black hats.

The Youtube video finally loaded, and Danny Vineyard watched as the man wearing a red skull mask and dressed in an old Nazi general's uniform saluted the camera.
"My fellow true Americans", the Red Skull began as he seemed to stare right into Danny.
"We have been led astray. Led astray and duped by our so-called leaders. They kept us all distracted, all asleep as they slowly sold the country away. Thousands of illegal immigrants enter our country everyday. They steal our jobs, and the government does nothing. They live like animals, breeding like rabbits and bringing murder and drugs to our neighborhoods, and still the government does nothing."
"Many politicians are for allowing all the millions of illegal aliens in his country to stay! Getting rewarded for breaking the federal law", the Skull shouted as he seemed to be speaking directly to Danny.
"That, my friends, is the hypocrisy in which we live", the Skull says as he calms himself.
"We will not tolerate this outrage", the Skull spoke through gritted teeth. His eyes burned with hate as Danny say up in his seat to get closer to the screen.
"Strike, my brothers. Strike and kill as many spics as you can."
